So change the rules as it’s sickening to watch, a)cheating and b)conning the ref to get an opponent booked or ref carded. DespicableIt is legitimate because you don't get punished for doing it. You get booked for divining, shirt pulling, etc. whilst slowing the game down through feigning injuries has no repercussions. Slowing it down by taking ages over throw-ins and goal kicks will get you booked, but falling to the ground doesn't.
It's not exactly sportsman-like, but when there's hundreds of millions of pounds on the line sporting conduct goes out the window.
