Yeah a pretty dodgy site if you ask me. I contacted them a few weeks back asking how I can sell my spare Liverpool tickets on their site (obv I don't actually have any!) and they said they only buy tickets through established partners I.e. a network of ticket touts. The actual seat numbers are never advertised so it's difficult (though surely not impossible) to track down the offenders

The club can just buy them. There's not many on there. 11 for the Norwich game for example.

Interestingly however, they already have Man Utd seats on there. Season Ticket holders?

Home tickets is bad enough, but Newcastle away?! That takes the absolute piss and I suspect it will be much harder to police. Outrageous behaviour.
The away game tickets listed on that site don’t necessarily have to be tickets allocated to BFC they could be in the home end.

Ban is essentially just a 40 pound fine. They will open a new membership under a new name and away they go again

whatever system you have, professional touts will find a way round it.

Unless you’re going to make it utterly painful to sign up - turn up to the ticket office with your Chesterfield away stub - they will circumvent the rules.

there’s only so much that can be done without making it horrific for genuine fans.

Shouldn't be much harder, but then the club haven't been on top of the away ticket allocating as they should be (emails to ticket holders asking to confirm what ticket/seat they've been given)

I'd hazard a guess that not all those are genuine.

A bit suspect that they call it short side and Long Side.
Why is it suspect. It's pretty obvious what it means in the context of generic labelling of stadiums.

Of course, but if they've actually got the tickets can't they say if they are North, South, East or West Stand.

They want to keep quiet about where the tickets actually are. Otherwise Cliff will be round with his heavy sonofabee to sort them out.

Their customers mostly won’t care and just want to know if the seat is behind a goal or side on.
