Anything that saves a half hours walk is good with me these days with my bloody hip. Shouldn't have played until I was 40!
Gave up playing early then ... :ROFLMAO: I was still playing vets football at 50 and now have slowed down to walking football.
Lightweights. ;-) Still playing open-age (informal) every week at 60. Knees and hips good but will probably cop a heart attack one of these days.

I'm still playing second/third string rugby at 50.
Daughter keeps telling me to retire but free food/beer postmatch and suffering with one more season syndrome makes me do otherwise.

I can't play cricket or football to a level I would be happy with any more. Miss it like hell! Keep going if you can.
