The boats are on!!

Depart from Kew Pier (South side of Kew Bridge) at 11:00. We'll head down river towards Central London for an hour or so, before turning back up river to reach Putney Pier (South side of Putney Bridge) for 13:15/13:30

Bar on board.

Cost £10 per head (nice and simple). I'm hoping to sort out tickets etc. very soon.

PM me if you're up for it. I'll reserve your place(s) and confirm details for ticket collection/payment shortly.

Poor timings, would want to be in Putney by 11 at the latest. See you there.

Don't think people will want to carry on up the Thames beyond Fulham as well. Once people see Craven Cottage they'll be itching to get off!

I'd start a lot earlier and maybe further upstream?

You could run your own boats.

Toby knows best. He is the resident expert on all matters which concern BFC supporters don't you know ;)

Sadly mate I will have to pass this time as I'm blo*dy Lanzarote (I know before you call me stupid!). I reckon Andy and a couple of others might jump aboard though. Hope you're well mate anyway.

As long as you don't mind standing, it's scientifically proven that you can't sit and sing. FACT

Cheers Doovster (and yes, you must be stupid). Andy and others always welcome.

How much notice would you need for this? Hoping to get around 10 tickets for the game, depending on how many are left come Thursday and am trying to push everyone in our group to get involved. Just did the same thing with 1.FC Union Berlin yesterday and it was absolutely quality. Can only imagine how good this would be for the Fulham game!!

As soon as possible really sussex. There are 150 places on the first boat - I've had enquiries for about half of that. I'll look at a second/further boats depending on demand. Thursday should be fine though.

500 lashed up bees strutting from Putney bridge to the ground, singing 'bees up fulham down' all the way is going to be immense and one of our most memorable moments following the bees.

The first boat is almost full (handful of places still available). I'll start taking provisional names for a second boat, subject to emand and availability, once the first boat is full.

I wish you well with this Jim and after the last time, I hope you get paid by all and aren't out of pocket, due to bus replacements on lines and time to get down, us Northampton lot will be heading straight to Hammersmith/Fulham, that's a shame as it's a fantastic way to arrive.

Hello all

The first boat is sold out and I've started taking names for the second - thanks everyone!! (Availability of the second boat should be confirmed tomorrow)

Due to the tides the boats will now depart from Kew Pier at 10:30 and arrive at Putney for 13:00.

For those that have booked please catch me before the Cardiff or Millwall games. £10 each please!!

COYR!!

And please make sure you get your £10.00 to Jim pronto.

He should not have to subsidise the few that "forget" to do this.
No excuse for forgetting the cash out boys, it's going to be an epic day out, enjoy the boats chaps👍

Both boats are now almost sold out - Only a handful of places left. I don't envisage a third boat (don't think there's availability)

Thanks everyone.

Stupid question but as there is a bar on board, does that mean no bringing beer on board? I'm easy either way, just this trip is costing me more than I've ever spent on a football trip as it is!
In the likely case that it is not possible to do that, what are we expecting the pint prices to be? I fully intend on this being a proper knees up!

For Orient last season I believe it was about £4 a pint.

I'm confirming the booze policy but it will almost certainly no "bring on board". I will also give a price list for the onboard bar.

Dear all,

Disaster has struck!! Both boats are full (and I've started taking a provisional waiting list).

However, the second boat, which was subject to confirmation is NOT available that day. I'm now trying to source an alternative boat (with a capacity of at least 100, hopefully more).

I'll confirm either way early next week so people can make firm arrangements.

Apologies
