He was clearly underlining rather than highlighting! :fishing:
I was. I tried highlighting on iPad but it looked blurred.

Don’t want to chew the club out too much on this. I think it’s great that we’ll get to look round GP again but I wished they’d just said something like:

‘We are working hard to get fans back into GP on a COVID secure basis for a chance to say goodbye. Whilst those plans are being explored we have arranged a virtual event...’

Thanks, Untouchable. On the strength of that, I shall be able to stick to the original plan, showing the wife around GP for the first time before dropping into the Griffin for our anniversary lunch. I have emailed the ticket office to tell them that they, or Eventbrite, are sending out duff information.

Pleased the club have managed to organise this. Booked for jr and I on the Wednesday so we can have a subsidised lunch and a walk past the new ground beforehand.

That's ****ing outrageous!

Should have used TAP points.
Dont know why youre getting all funny about this. They said season ticket holders have a window of priority thats clearly not true.

It is true, they emailed Season Ticket Holders only.

If people want to share the secret codes (like happens for concerts etc.) then there's not much the club can do about it. Besides STHers can bring a guest too - who might not be a STHer!!!!!!

The things people get upset over.... lol

Peoples last chance to go to Griffin Park, its pretty important in my opinion. Dont see why this couldn't have been done with a way of ensuring only season ticket holders could book.

I am season ticket holder as is my daughter. She got the email and I didn’t. She forwarded to me. I have managed to book 4 slots with same email address and no secret code and no request for season ticket number. I suspect lots of others have done the same and many will miss out. On such an emotive subject the club have seriously screwed up (again sadly). It really shouldn’t be this difficult.

They will just add more dates, as they have done.

I’ve booked. Or so I think. How quickly does the confirmatory email/ticket come through?

Ermmm.....Pass ?
Just use the link on the first page of the thread seems to be a free for all..
I don't see a link on the first page to book my tickets. I see an email address for people with mobility issues to contact the club but I wouldn't dream of clogging up their inbox with my request and divert the clubs limited resources away from genuine enquiries...

Season Ticket holder get first go up to Friday then it’s open to members. With members being able to get on the visit it has allowed us as a family for both Grandsons and sons who are members the chance to go. As a Season Ticket holder I had to pick one grandson, not the best thing. At least the second grandson can go another time with his father who both are members

That's my question too. I booked two tickets, to be sure, as I panicked about how few slots were left, but potentially I've nabbed a ticket I don't need. So if anyone knows the answer...
"with fans able to book for a maximum of 2 people per booking"

two people need two bookings.

If two people want to attend you have to enter both names, there are boxes to fill in with the names of the people attending.

2 bookings or 2 tickets?
It says this on the email
"This tour is free of charge for you and one friend or family member you wish to bring. All Season Ticket Holders have a priority window until this Friday to book before tickets will be made available for Club Members" .

Even when you’ve booked your time and date and got the confirmation it still lets you click on the link again and book other dates.

Would all those ST holders that have the link and have just moaned and nit-picked since they've been on there, just please be thankful they have been able to book a place to see inside GP for one last time.

I am not a ST holder, but would like to have gone for one final time, having attended just a few times each season since 1991. Currently, it doesn't look like I'll be able to do this.

Thanks so much.

This scheme may be extended well beyond those first initial extra days lol

Not been handled ideally no, but still it's good that a scheme like this can happen. A shame that there won't be a football game to watch either side of it but that's just the situation at the moment.

Hopefully more slots will become available but curious why Tuesday slots ended in late morning and didn't continue for the whole day.

Looks like they’ve only released slots up until 11.00am on the Tuesday, keep checking as I’m sure there will be more become available for the Tuesday, I’m sure the Monday and Tuesday slots didn’t show available until this evening once the other days had all gone.

Complete and utter farse. No slots available.

With 6000 season ticket holders can someone tell me how many people were being allowed into the ground per time slot as it looks like people have been able to book multiple times!!!!!!! :very angry:

All dates and time slots seem to be sold out. How come?
Just tried to book a slot but all sold out?
How come ?
Because the system doesn't verify ST holders, so there will be plenty of bookings by non-ST holders as the link (which was posted on this site) works for anyone and can be used multiple times by the same user.

Even if all places have gone to ST holders, the fact that (a) the email was sent out of the blue, and (b) not all ST holders have actually received the email, means that those attending thus far are fortunate rather than fairly allocated.

Ironically, even our dreadful ticketing website could have dealt with this better!
