That's my question too. I booked two tickets, to be sure, as I panicked about how few slots were left, but potentially I've nabbed a ticket I don't need. So if anyone knows the answer...
One person can book 2 tickets - you select the day and time you want (make sure that there are enough tickets remaining for that slot to cover the amount you want- many of the slots only had 1 ticket remaining). Then select the amount of tickets (1or 2), I was booking two tickets, so I had to fill in my details of name, email and mobile number, then below this was a section to fill in the same details for the other person you are booking for.
Once I had booked - I received an email confirming that I had booked 2 general admission tickets, a PDF was attached with the 2 tickets. The person who you booked for will also receive an email to confirm that a booking has been made for them, it also includes a link for them to retrieve their tickets.

I hope this helps.

We are a family of 4 and obviously wanted to do the tour together- so while I booked for my husband and myself on the iPad, my son at the same time was booking for himself and his sister on his phone. A bit of a long winded way to get 4 tickets for the same time slot- but it worked.

I just hope that everyone who’s booked goes along as there will be a lot of fans who sadly will miss out, unfortunately this does happen with events that are free.

Do you think they could do something similar to allow fans a tour of the new stadium, they can charge fans something like £5.00, this would help getting money back into the club, I could see this being very popular as it maybe a while until fans are allowed in to watch a game.

Because the system doesn't verify ST holders, so there will be plenty of bookings by non-ST holders as the link (which was posted on this site) works for anyone and can be used multiple times by the same user.
If thats the case, then identify the non season ticket holders and cancel their bookings. Simples!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is true, they emailed Season Ticket Holders only.

If people want to share the secret codes (like happens for concerts etc.) then there's not much the club can do about it. Besides STHers can bring a guest too - who might not be a STHer!!!!!!

The things people get upset over.... lol
I'm a season ticket holder but have not received an email, no email., no link

I’ve contacted the club regarding this situation. People are rightly disappointed over this and it seems that there have been mistakes in the administration behind the booking of tickets. The fact that anyone could open the “eventbrite” link means that anyone (season ticket holder or not) could book a slot, which of course means that there would be demand. In addition to this, it is clear that to facilitate tours for all season ticket holders through this scheme would be a challenge where govt advice only allows for groups of 8 at a time. It is my assumption that the club will extend tours for another week after the initial 4 days or perhaps recheck fans details who booked- but once I’ve got a response from the club I’ll update the thread. I think we should also all be hugely grateful for the club for putting this even on, it is a great gesture which acts as a reminder that the BFC values of community and fan engagement are still very much at the heart of the club. Hope this reassured people who (like me) have missed out.

I’ve booked 2 tickets and received a confirmation email with PDF printable tickets, my mate has booked the same date/time but has received no confirmation email. Cannot find any contact number for eventbrite to contact them. (Yes all 4 of us going are ST holders)

By my calculations 1,632* tickets gone in very short order....

I reckon there will be some returns.

Fuming. I wonder how many people booked multiple slots as they were unsure of when they wanted to go, and were seemingly allowed to book as many as they wanted.

You’d hope they’ll open up more slots but depends on when they have to hand over the stadium.

Find it strange why we didn’t use our own ticket system, and just forced us to use the print at home option, unless the ticket scanners already been pulled out and at Lionel Road already

Am I the only person who has never had a problem with getting a ticket to any match I've wanted to go to, sorting out my LR season ticket, getting ifollow to work, getting a slot at the time I wanted to visit GP, etc etc?

How can the club have not sorted this out correctly? Surely dead easy although probably not a priority.

I am still not happy about not being able to get a Southampton ticket (sad but true)

To be honest I'm not interested and my kids aren't either.

I had this vision ever since the announcement the old girl was shutting the turnstiles for the last time in May as to how it would be. I was going to sit in my seat until the fans dispersed from the pitch invasion and slowly be dragged away from my seat by my kids with tears running down my face trying not to but failing miserably. I would take one blurry look around the place, remember all the good & bad times and move on. We even had a Premier Inn booked for that night so we could have one last drink in the local pubs before returning to Southampton the next day.

It wasn't to be and sh1t happens so I'd rather focus on getting in to the new ground in season 2021/22 (it won't be any sooner than that based on Boris' whack-a-mole approach to the pandemic).

On a positive note this is a top, top move by BFC despite the ticketing issues for those who want to see the ground for one last time but I wanted to see one last game personally.

So that is about one in four season ticket holders (assuming every ticket went to a season ticket holder!!!).

It would appear that someone seriously miscalculated

No evening or weekend slots available so can’t make it. Not too fussed, an empty football stadium is not how I want to remember griffin park.

Eventbrite tickets can be scanned from your phone by an organisers phone. I do that for Captain Jim's boats.

Nice offer from BFC but it is not for me. Without the crowd, the noise, the smell and the football the place is not the same.

I'll just keep replaying the last game I saw live in my mind (SW) and remember that experience. I'll remember changing ends depending which way the bees were kicking. Standing on the Oak. Thinking about my heroes when I was a youngster (Mark Lazarus, Mel Scott, Peter Gelson, John Dick and Jimmy Bloomfield mainly).

Thanks to GP and BFC for all my memories.

Looking fondly forward to LR and seeing some amazing football there.
My sentiments exactly. I'm not sure that a socially distanced time-limited and controlled visit would be the way I wish to remember GP. I have so many good memories (and some less good ones as well!!) so will hold on to those.

Much the same for me! Don't go back quite as long as you, Amersfoort, remember all of that about the ground, but only saw Gelson out of that lot. Done the ground tour a few years ago. SW was a good match to go for my last, live at GP. Just looking forward to getting into LR now.

Probably because you are an away fan! You apparently use the Brook Rd stand at GP!
hatfieldbee you need to get your facts straight & do your homework before making comments on this site.
As season ticket holder I have been watching Brentford Home & Away for over 40 years

I haven't had an e-mail (and neither has my Dad) despite being season ticket holders for over 10 years (and yes I have had numerous emails before about other stuff relevant to my season ticket).

I would love to spend some time back at GP before the bulldozers are called in.

Seems someone at BFC has made a massive cock up here with the number of slots available and the sending out of the emails in the first place.

Thank you @PatchamBee! Pretty sure I clicked '2' but then it only gave me the option to fill out one lot of details; so I just went back and nabbed the second ticket quick. Seems logical that you need one ticket per person, it was just the way the original email was worded that suggested you could bring someone along on your ticket. But hey ho.

I suspect there'll be people whose plus one can't go when it comes to it, so I'm sure there'll be opportunities for people to go along nearer the time. Might have been simpler all round to just open the ground in the same way they've planned on certain days, but say that you just had to turn up with season ticket and plus one in hand, and socially-distance queue if necessary. The words 'Brentford' and 'tickets' rarely seem to sit happily together.

It will depends what your email preferences are for a start.
I checked mine and the "In the event of a pandemic, would you still like to receive emails about visiting GP for one last time and have the chance to wander around an empty stadium whilst blubbing like a baby?" checkbox was definitely ticked.

Still no email

Received my email at 2.50 yesterday but we were out all day due to a family bereavement.

No emails for my son or my grandsons and we would obviously all like to go together.

What happens now that all slots seem to be booked and most of us have not even received the option to book???

I have followed the Bees home and away for 67 years, been a season ticket holder since 1992, as has my son, one grandson since 2007 and the youngest since 2010.

I am in the top 26 of TAP's but ignored by this offer.

See it's now posted on the official site, though without a link, so matters may get even more "interesting"..It's a bit like offering a kid a slice of cake and then hiding it in a box and throwing away the key. Or have I been watching Harry Enfield's Old Gits too much?

Looks like tough sh*t to all of us that were unable to.

Presumably there will be more dates/times made available. That's the easy bit. What the club now need to do is ensure all season ticket holders receive an email or are able to book and that would suggest finding a slightly more intelligent booking method/system. I didn't receive the email and would like to go and if the same approach is taken again then I think the same outcome will happen!

I am IT illiterate and don 't understand this.

My email is the one used for all except my son and gets emails for the grandchildren asking howe their match experience is, etc. etc. This important one has not been sent.
