Just a heads up.

No mention of a stream for this one either.

Any idea how strong the Cambridge team is in terms of first teamers?

It is the time of the year when clubs tell players they will - or won't - be offered a new contract.

Those that will be out contract and 'free' are looking for new clubs for next season. Hence the increase in trialists in our B team.

On the other side of the coin, we have probably told some of our squad that they can put feelers out for new clubs and that it's move on time.

Tough situations for young (and not so young) footballers.

Who was the no.11 in the Cambridge game? Looked a bit more senior compared to the other lads. Nice left foot and composed on the ball.

I remember the film Mike Bassett, England Manager and 2 players Benson and Hedges were accidentally called up, and Scotland called up Whyte and Mackay

He said he was old school and used to list his squad on the back of a fag packet. His assistant looked at the packet on the wrong side 😀

First time I've watched (albeit highlights) a B team game in a while. I'd forgotten just how much they play like the 1st team. Brilliant hierarchy. No wonder the B teamers integrate so easily.

Is there a list of B team numbers and do they keep these on a regular basis? Otherwise could someone, possibly Mr Cynial kindly oblige a it would make viewing the b-team more

Sorry, my wifi crashed midway. ....interesting. I agree that the b-team play entertaining football, are great to watch and have been successful.

It's frustrating when there's live streams that they don't list the squad + shirt numbers in the description, as when the camera work is particularly bad, you can't make out anybody - compounded by the fact the current squads contain 6-8 trialists!

I was in Osterley Tesco's the other day and there was a player looking guy who was wearing a Brentford tracksuit with a number 51 on it.

May be nothing, but any idea who this might have been?

Assuming they keep these kit numbers, it was Paris Maghoma.
