Watching from France on Chrome
Now have reasonable quality video, but no commentary.
If I switch to listen now, I get the commentary but loose the image.

I have gone on app, clicked the commentary and there is a written message saying the teams have been announced annnnnnddddd........ nothing else.
Go to 'more' then 'iFollow', then 'Audio'

That's using the Bees app on iPhone.

If you click on fixtures you should then get a Match Centre button, click on that, should then see listen now and watch now options.
I've done that but it says I'm not subscribed and the only options for subscription are the video options - either a match pass or a season pass. I just want Marky B's commentary!

Really difficult to find on the website - indeed follow fixtures and then there is a match centre option and a listen live option. But on mobile I get to the audio button, which turns green, says it is playing, but no sound! And the website has gone off just on kick off!

Great! Now the commentary on my laptop (which wont work at all on my mobile despite looking as if it is on ) has cutoff to background music and a repeated "We'll be right back" message !

Old Malden, actually......
Goodness this is a load of rubbish. After all sorts of problems trying to sign up (I'm not at all sure I haven't accidentally taken out two subscriptions) I can now get nothing on my Android phone - I go to the studio feed, get the green light to indicate its broadcasting.... and silence. I was briefly able to log on on my Ipad via a completely different route - the commentary on the match centre - but as soon as the match kicked off the feed went and now I've got a 'we'll be right back' message on a loop.

This iFollow sh!t is going to ruin what promises to be a good season. Please, whoever is responsible for this at BFC - sort it out!

I can't find anywhere to actually purchase the matchday subscription to watch in Australia..I'm literally going around in circles between a few different pages which all reference the next one in the loop. I'm hesitant to pay the $185 for the full season without seeing how it works for one game - so was going to use the single game option for $9 it keeps telling me is available but won't link to a purchase screen
This. Can anyone help??

Cancel on Monday , yearly renew... Do you have to let them know before hand ?... BBC radio London... P.s. I wish the club would do this service one day...

Good commentary, loud and clear, no problem at all, I can't understand why people are having problems, overseas subscribers will only get the picture without sound.

Working fine on PC (Mozilla browser) and on Android by Brentford application. Unfortunately the commentary is some 20 seconds behind the live TV so can't listen to the commentary by mobile phone while watching live on TV.

Anyone else losing the overseas page, ie the one with no commentary, every 10 minutes or so? And also, is it too much to ask to have a little score box on there for those of us who are supposed to be working?? For $140?

I don't like this brave new world :(. One camera angle, with no commentary at all, OR listen to our guys' great commentary and insight and no pictures - you can't have both because naturally, they don't sync.

My Beesplayer subscription ends in September 2017, I should therefore be able to access iFollow until then as I have paid for it. I cannot get access to today's live commentary and reading other problems on this thread unfortunately I shall not be renewing my subscription.

It was just the first match this season but everything worked just fine for me. Paying 130€ for the whole season and seeing "every" match I am interested in is much better than paying 30€ per month for Viasat (here in Finland) for seeing lots of Premier League matches and some Championship matches. I like to watch football on TV but I like even more to see exactly the matches I want so minor problems and watching Brentford matches even without commentary is much better than seeing just couple of Bees matches on TV.

Great pictures over here in West Oz although the streaming did go a little bit w--ky in the second half.
I really enjoyed it, even with no commentary, and felt that the crowd noise only, made it feel closer to actually being there, when compared to watching a regular game on TV.
My $185 up front did seem a lot to pay in one hit, but if I can watch all the games this season like this, for a couple of quid a pop, then I will be more than satisfied.
