A poster paused the match play and synched it with the Bees commentary on their phone. They said it worked ok. But you will be about 30 seconds behind.....just a thought.Video quality was great, looked really nice on the TV. No commentary though, so hopefully that is synced up with the Bees Player in the future.
The commentary was a few seconds ahead of the video. I paused Markybee for a few seconds and had them virtually in-sync with Markybee about 0.5 to 1.0 seconds in front, which was useful when my attention wandered. It also highlighted how many times I took issue with Markybee's viewNice idea, will give it a try on the next match.
I didn't have any issues with the video except it was clearly NOT HD as advertised. The video stream was up 10 mins before kick-off.worked great for me - video wasn't flawless but didn't have the same problems as some mentioned here, so i think it's a local connection issue (my wifi) rather than them.
will try the audio commentary / pause trick in future.
sad to see there were so many issues - all very avoidable with a bit of effort. awful customer service from them.
not sure why you wouldn't be able to log in (apart from user incompetence), but the vibe miss wouldn't be available early for you anyway because...It's ****ing sh*t - can't even log into watch the vibe miss now
the full match replays aren't available until later. i think it's at least 24 hours after the game - but i can't find the text now.I wonder when the full replay will be available? Couldn't watch it live yesterday, so you can imagine my disappointment when trying to find where the replay is I stumbled upon the final result. As you can see, my first experience with Ifollow is not so great. If I am not able to watch the game when I want, then why pay for this?
Same here -- although I kept both on, just in case one stopped working. There is a ~10 seconds delay with mobile devices, though. It works a lot better for me from my phone (on the app) then on my actual laptop. On my laptop it kept cutting out every few minutes.
I am not the least bit techie, but I do know that Android is completely different from Microsoft Windows Vista, and you can't download Apps to the latter. In theory, you should be able to access ifollow from your desktop, but it seems that you are not the only one having problems.I have paid £45 for this thing and would be content with just the commentary. I do not currently have an iPhone and have been unable to download the App for Android to my desktop. Is this because my computer's operating system is Vista? Does anyone have any ideas other than a one-way trip to Switzerland?
Vista might well be the problem - i'm not sure really. i would probably suggest using your computer to go to the brentford website, click ifollow and log in, and then in the bottom-right corner there should be a speech bubble thing - click that for "Live Chat" help - they are a bit thick but hopefully you'll be able to work it out with them...I have paid £45 for this thing and would be content with just the commentary. Presumably you can get a decent web browser that is still supported on Vista (although I think Opera is the only one), plus is supported by iFollow, and access it through that; you don't need an App and I'd put money on no-one developing an App for Vista.I have paid £45 for this thing and would be content with just the commentary. it looks like you could open another tab and play the commentary there - work out which one is ahead, and pause it to let the other one catch up - it seemed to work well for a couple of people on here...I eventually managed to watch it from Brazil, paying a fiver for just this game. I never thought I'd say this but I missed the commentary. The crowd sounds were a few seconds behind the action which made it a strange experience.
I'll give it another go for the Forest game but I think I might actually prefer just listening to MarkyB's commentary.
1. Have you logged into iFollow? You may need to reset your password, sending them an email, so try that from the brentfordfc.com web page using a browser first.I'm not going to read through all this but how can I listen to the live match commentary like on beesplayer. I still pay my monthly subscription and have not changed any details. Sometimes I listen via iPhone, iPad, pic. Please sdvise. Not fussed about any of the other functions.
You do't need an app on desktop, just login to the site via web browser:I've downloaded the Brentford FC Official App onto the Desktop of my MacBook Air and it appears to be designed for iPhone or iPad, accessible via iTunes. Where's the App for a Mac laptop?
