Next Saturday's game is syndicated, so will not be available (but it's on TV in many overseas countries).

If you want to watch individual games, I believe you need to wait until closer to the game, go to the fixture list and go from there.

Thanks. I'm getting there. The fixture list so far just lists the Sheffield Utd game. I'm offered a choice of package - free pass, match pass and season pass - and under the match pass heading it says the match purchase can be made from the match centre. Where's the match centre, or is that something that appears in the immediate run-up to the match?

I believe there is a contractual time restriction on when the full match replay can be seen; also, it takes Themepark time to synchronise the commentary.
I wonder when the full replay will be available? Couldn't watch it live yesterday, so you can imagine my disappointment when trying to find where the replay is I stumbled upon the final result. As you can see, my first experience with Ifollow is not so great. If I am not able to watch the game when I want, then why pay for this?
We can't publish before noon the day after a match. But the process to launch things on iFollow is now longer. Before, I could hit render and walk away as my laptop would automatically upload it - the providers would then encode it there end in time for when I wake up Sunday morning to just hit 'launch'. Now, I have to render and manually upload, wait for the providers to re-encode it and then launch. As I'm often back from games quite late due to distances, the time it takes to render everything out means I can't hit go until the following morning, and my (for the time being at least) being a bit slow on the upload speed it takes several hours to put it onto their system. That's why replays aren't up bang on noon now :(

i have shared this thread via twitter to @iFBrentford - but i can't imagine they'll care much :(

ok thanks - unfortunately that IS the face of the operation, so it only enhances the total lack of customer service that is frustrating so many (as you see in this thread).

PLEASE print out or copy-paste some of the comments here (particularly about cancelled subscriptions) and take them to the relevant people. i understand it's frustrating for you but it's REALLY frustrating for fans who simply want to support their team. they don't need all the background guff - they just need a simple service that works. this new supplier is really letting everyone down - you too, i know, but the issue of annoying fans is really serious and needs to be fed back at a high level. or they'll just pat themselves on the back and say they're doing well.

I completely understand - before joining the club I was a subscriber myself (my dad still is!) so I can completely see this from both sides. I'm doing all I can to help and I'm hoping it'll be resolved soon.

Frustrations are being passed on higher up - so we shall see what happens.

Apologies for appearing to be an idiot but, judging by the length of this thread, I'm not the only one.

I am currently abroad and managed (eventually) to see the Sheffield United game for a fiver. However, when I return to the UK, this will obviously not be available and I wanted to subscribe just to Mark Burridge's commentary service i.e. what we had on Beesplayer last season. The only options available seem to be the 'Free Pass', the 'Match Pass' or the 'Season Pass' for £110. Now, good as Markybee is, I'm not paying that much for him.

it's weird that you can't subscribe to the "audio only" option from abroad. but i guess that's the problem. wait til you're back in the UK and try then? or (if you want to get tonight's game) i guess try to ask them via the Live Chat - although that appears to be manned by morons so i'm not sure you'll get far :(

I eventually managed to watch it from Brazil, paying a fiver for just this game. I never thought I'd say this but I missed the commentary. The crowd sounds were a few seconds behind the action which made it a strange experience.

I'll give it another go for the Forest game but I think I might actually prefer just listening to MarkyB's commentary.
How did you pay for the one game, I thought it had to be a foreign credit card. I will be happy to pay a fiver a game for the next three games and I have an iPad and iPhone in Cyprus. Would this work and if so how?

I see mhead bee just asked a question about foreign cards, I thought the T&C's said its for International supporters,if you are on holiday or working abroad then surely you are an International supporter?

I'm in Brazil. I paid with my English credit card and it worked OK. Not sure whether it's available on the iPad though. I used my laptop.

Really hope that I follow works for me tonight. Not sure if this is a unique problem but I can watch all video content fine and find the match centre on the app. Press the audio button which goes green but no sound despite it saying it is playing on my phone. Anyone had this problem and managed to overcome it?

per Nottsbee above, it seems a UK card works fine

yeah like you say, the "issue" here is that Saturday 3pm games CAN'T be shown in UK due to broadcasting agreements. once you're outside UK, that doesn't apply. it's the "being abroad" that's crucial, not whether or not you live abroad.

it certainly "detects" where you are and gives you options according to that - so yeah, i guess you'll have different options when it sees that you're back in the UK

Never used this before , can I get commentary on the app? The commentary button just results in a message saying 'lineups are announced and the players are warming up' but I can't hear any sound ?

I believe this should work although it doesn't for me. Go to the options menu (top left) then select I follow. I see two tabs, one saying live, lick that and then press the audio button. Doesn't work for me but might for you

Thanks yes got sound now. Thankfully I think. I guess Themepark means well. Must be more tolerant, must be more tolerant, repeat 100 times.

I'm trying to watch this on my desktop and again I cannot find the live commentary. Why is it so goddam difficult? Last time I stumbled on it by accident. Why are the only options "Latest videos", "Video action", "Subscribe" and "My iFollow account"? Why no live link, as there always was in the past. This is doing my head in.

Go to the Brentford official website via Google chrome. On the home page it will have match details and say match centre. Click that and press listen live. A black bar should appear above. Press live and that worked for me

Not bloody working on 3 different devices of mine?!
On the app under settings you need to make sure the iFollow button is moved to on' eg green which may require you to log in if you have recently downloaded the app. It might be this catching people out ?

Yet again I simply cannot get any sound on mobile, tablet or Chrome on computer. It is doing my head in. Nothing happens when I get the live icon on my phone and tablet and when click on listen online it asks me to login, I do and nothing happens, it just hangs.

Can someone confirm that the Brentford android app doesn't allow you access to the game commentary? And there is no ifollow app for Brentford.

Only thing that works for me is PC using chrome. Android is a non starter. Had to lug desktop down as didnt bring laptop home.

Can someone confirm that the Brentford android app doesn't allow you access to the game commentary? And there is no ifollow app for Brentford.
I've not been able to get the Brentford android ap to work despite getting an email last week from EFL telling me that it was the only way I would be able to listen to games! Am listening ok via match centre on OS.

no, it only takes a couple of clicks to find where it clearly says no Caribbean Cup matches:

think it's been commonly mentioned that these emails don't work. (staggering they haven't fixed it if so)
