Keeps dropping out every 10 minutes or so for me - page refresh sorts it - but would rather it just plays uninterrupted like it used to before CrapFollow ��

Giving up, have emailed, tried chat (which switches off after kick off) and I guess my last hope will be Themepark. Dissapointed being 1-0 down but even more annoyed I didn't see how it happened

I wouldn't bother, even when you pay for the service and could expect a legitimate service, the stream is sh*t and the camerawork is sh*t and there's still no bloody score box!

Couldn't access it in Tenerife under my uk subscription, bought match video for €6 and not complaints, pretty much uninterrupted video and commentary, apart from commentary ahead of the video, so listening about 30 seconds ahead.
I´m just down the road from you in Lanzarote, seen every other game fine. Nada today. Just as well given the ht score. Spend more time arseing about with this ´service´than enjoying the game.

The camera work today is actually comically bad, quite apart from the streaming issues. Who is behind the camera, is it the hosting club?

Much like everyone else. Managed to log in & start watching the game but every few minutes picture kept dropping out. Finally managed to get a run of about 15 mins until the picture dropped again & since then it keeps taking me to a page to subscribe even though I'm logged in & a paid subscriber. Reading all the comments sound like this service is not fit for purpose. Gave up & missed most of the 2nd half.
Getting worse and worse. I already have both my iPad and desktop opened in case one fails. Streaming via desktop got cut off >20 times, video quality not good, still only crowd noise and no audio commentary (have to use my iPhone for that can you believe streaming needs three devices), and both iPad and desktop streaming cut off at the same time so I missed the first goal...
EDIT: And kept asking me to reenter the password after each refresh, which is extra annoying given I had to refresh >20 times.
EDIT2: And the Bristol game's replay is still not available...

You're seriously trying to tell me that that was a professional cameraman? I've seen better home movies. My favourite part was when anyone got a corner he zoomed into the actual patch of grass and waited for the ball to arrive. Pathetic.ITN provide a broadcast camera for every competitive game for the C5 show...

Video quality indifferent today even with wiired connection to fibre. Audio is always poor. Nowhere near Beesplayer quality from last season. Why would that be?

If everyone can put all their experiences in an e-mail to ifollow@efl.com and let me know via PM in a couple of days if they come back/what they say please that would be hugely appreciated. I'm compiling more and more stuff to hand over to be thrown in their direction so the more feedback we get the better.

Any news re last season's highlights DVD and when it might be available, Themepark?
Stream was crap today. I like others have said had to keep refreshing. That's bad enough but then you need to keep pausing etc to sync the commentary. The stream only works on laptop not tablet or phone. The stream from GP was far superior as never had to refresh once. Hope its not like that every away game, missed both goals as it dropped out.

I don't understand what is so difficult in delivering a quality product. Beesplayer has been doing top quality audio for some time. Coverage of our friendlies and B team matches on YouTube has been higher quality than what we are getting from iFollow. If iFollow is designed to showcase the EFL then the EFL is doomed. Clunky and amateurish so far.

just to log my experience: watched with an ipswich mate in a cafe that supposedly had good wifi. it cut out 5 or 6 times (needed reloading etc) - i put that down to public wifi, but seems the system might have been struggling generally per above.

I don't know who does the pre / post match interviews with DS but maybe he should speak into a microphone ?...............you can't hear the question so you have to guess and work out based on what DS's replies. :scratch:

Themepark, someone on here stated that Kurt was the man at BFC who has the responsibility for IFollow (for about 10 minutes at a time on to many occasions) - is that the case ? - If not, who is the person who has responsibility on behalf of BFC for the "product"
If you could confirm who it is I would like to arrange a meeting with said person to discuss the severe failings of the product, what they are doing about it, timescale to do it and what compensation they are going to offer for the people who have paid for a service not being provided in full.
Is any of the above unreasonable ?

You would think the tech bods could link the superb and involving commentary to the stream can't be that hard....can it? I'm thankful that I can see the match though which is great. I like you hope the service improves though. I was sold the product on the belief it would be quality however at the moment it is somewhat akin to watching some dodgy pirate streaming site.

Christ that was sh*t. Paid the money and the bloke streamed it from his pc onto the screen in Cyprus pub. We managed about 4-5 second bursts between twitching, freezing and stuttering. They were streaming 12 games into the bar and all were perfect except this so I don't blame his wifi.

Exactly. Watched other live streams Sunday on the same laptop that couldn´t load the Ipswich stream on Saturday. Hope it´s a one off as previous feeds were sound.
Mailed whyfollow Saturday. Wasn´t even that abusive. Heard nothing back so far beyond auto mails.
Imagine their customer relations dept. has been quite busy this morning........

Internet connectivity was pretty sh*t at Ipswich, had to tether to my phone to be able to wire during the game - even afterward in their press room their connectivity was useless.
That was probably a big part of the problem I'd guess - which hopefully won't be an issue at most grounds.
However, as users you don't need to be concerned with what has contributed to an issue, whoever you are paying your money to should own the problem, whatever the cause.
