I know. Maybe one day I have all the problems in the world with iFollow and everybody else has a crystal clear picture and commentary that does not need adjustment... nah you're right, that started for me a couple of weeks ago...Am I the only one who can't listen to the commentary and watch the game? I used to be able to do it but it cuts out now stating you can't have 2 devices open or two Internet tabs open on the same device.
midway through the first half? i am almost certain that someone pulled the cable out lol it came back after 5mins or so...Was any reason given for the loss of audio commentary during the game yesterday. After the early problems with the new system it has been pretty good so far, so hope that it was just a one off yesterday.
it was literally a few seconds after i turned it on (was watching video-only prior to that) - so i thought it was something i'd done!! but funnily enough you could faintly hear them on the video too, and i think i did hear them having a kerfuffle realising that they'd knocked the connection out or somethingThat was the one...... I hope it was just that.
I stuck the commentary on at half time on my mobile. Listened to it whilst watching on the laptop for the entire the second half without any issues. Its bizarre. :shrug:nah you're right, that started for me a couple of weeks ago...

I hadn't spotted it! Best thing to do if you're unhappy with the iFollow responses and want to talk to the club is to contact enquiries at brentfordfc.com so it'll get passed on to the relevant chaps at the club. It will end up back with the iFollow providers ultimately but I would imagine via a slightly different route.(i notice no-one answered Ed

so in injury time of a tense match, just close and restart or wait for a chat that never comes..........Have you perhaps tried closing do the page and restarting it?
If this should occur again please do contact us immediately via web chat to our technical support team through the chat bubble on the bottom right hand corner of your clubs page.
That way we will be able to identify the issue as its happening so we can resolve the issue.
