Very frustrating. Are they working on it? No word. Get the feeling they only start the kit up 10 minutes before kick off. Bit rubbish. Not a cheap service.

Began to work for me some 5 minutea ago. I was listening to commentary for half an hour and watched Chelsea - Leicester match on Viaplay.

Am bedridden with the flu, so thought i’d cheer myself up by watching the Reading game - full match replay. The commentary starts with the kick off and carries on from there but the pictures look like they are showing the highlights. Anyway they don’t sinc and it’s messing with my already feverish state of mind.

I just don’t know what to do anymore.

The commentary went kaput and 4-5 games ago, many contacts to them that never sorted it out, apparently my password is wrong. I was told to resubscribe so I did.

Today again my password is apparently wrong, they say go to accounts, if I do it lists my accounts but I can’t do anything about it or with it.

I sent an email and the reply said go to chat in the bubble. I have searched the whole app and no fekkin bubble anywhere.

I am just wasting money on this crock of sh*t.

Mine went offline today v Preston. Half time summaries started then nothing. I also read about the so called speech bubble? Not a clue where that might be. I sent a Report via email. We are working on it.. Doubt that. Everyone else reported theirs fine. I'm disappointed and frustrated missing 2nd half

I've been trying to figure out this iFollow thing.

I've tried using it for some away games - I'm paying the 5 quid per month for the subscription, but all I seem to be able to get is audio commentary and live text. It says on the site that you can get a video stream on a per game basis, but whenever the game is about to start I don't see any options to pay to watch?

Am I missing something here, or is it just limited games that are actually viewable on iFollow?

What you are missing is an IP address outside the UK.

Ok. So if I do this through a proxy or something, it should give me the option to view?

Is that an extra subscription, or does it come as a part of the 5 quid per month thing?

You need to have a VPN to trick it into thinking you are in a country outside of the UK. Then when paying for a match or subscription you’ll need to use a credit card as debit cards don’t seem to work using this method.

Sounds like.you have already paid for a subscription for audio only

Don't think it matters what card you paid with as I could watch games when I was in Jamaica and I pay via debit card for the 5 pound a month subscription.

Correct. However card authentication of ones address uses door number and digits in postcode (or zip code). Not sure if relevant in this case however, but if issues then worth knowing.

PayPal also works just fine for payment.

Unfortuantly, I have been "working" abroad on certain matchdays, Tuesday evening being one.
The last few games when "working" and being unable to attend, I have not been able to get the stream, although audio works fine.
On Tuesday I was in Canada, despite paying 9 canadian dollars, all I got was a revolving red circle, no picture.

This is despite, clearing history etc, rebooting machine and router and knowing my speed was fast enough.

Question: I cleaned my lappy other week and its a lot faster, has it cleaned an app or programe off the lappy I might need to view?

Unlikely. Unless it use Flash or something archaic like that to view, in which case something might have busted the plug-in.

Just to confirm:

If I pay for Tunnel Bear will a standard iFollow subscription allow me to stream the games each week, or do I need to a more expensive iFollow subscription and a foreign bank card?

I had that in Houston on Tuesday night - spoke to them via the chat bubble and they sad install Google Chrome - did that and it worked ok - apart from Mark Burridge commentary being way out of sinc (NOT Narks fault) and the camera being used to show the game being panned in way to much - for example, saw Watkins shot for 1st goal but never saw it go in the net - knew it was a goal when crowd erupted though !!

You’ll need to buy either a season pass or buy on a game by game basis to stream the matches live. I bought a season pass using PayPal (linked to a U.K. address and cards) without problem.

Edit - Tunnel Bear is fab.

I used to struggle every week when I first got it, contacted them and was advised to download the Free Brentford app to my photo/tablet. I have never had any problems since. Hope this may be of interest to fellow Bees who are struggling at KO time. I was going to chuck it in as the early days were a nightmare .

Was actually delighted with the IFollow live stream today

Superb picture and the camera work was Harlee (10 x) better than last Tuesday at GP. - just wish they could get the sound to sinc with the video. Ref's whistle and all crowd noise some 4 seconds behind.

My internet connection in Thailand yesterday was the only problem, but it was good enough. Agree the sound sync issue is annoying. When I raised it with iFollow, they claimed to have fixed it.

I don't understand how the stream on Youtube with Leeds commentators could have the score displayed AND have commentators dedicated to the channel (rather than shared with the Listen Only commentary and Blind Scheme) and have the sound synced.

Tunnel Bear VPN and a £5 match pass did the trick nicely.

I was getting HD video and no sound issues for me...

For those of you abroad (or using a VPN) has the "watch now" option appeared in the Match Centre for tonight's game yet? I'm only getting a Listed Live option do far. I appreciate the game hasn't started, so wondering if the watch now option is yet to become available, or whether my account isn't working properly.
Was about to ask the same question. I spent my money in order to watch the game....

Where are you? If you're in a country where someone has bought the TV rights, video is not available on iFollow.
not true

it's not anywhere on czech tv, but still it's not available on ifollow. was a bit annoying but Untouchable showed me the Romania trick, so worked out alright :)

Been in Australia for the past month and watched every game on iFollow since I’ve been away. Only issue is the sound is out of sync 🙁 otherwise a real lifeline. Up early tomorrow morning for the Cardiff match then Home on Friday in time for Boro at home 👍

they did say that the Sky matches wouldn't work on ifollow, Mr @HobNob, but then other fans have reported that they've been able to watch them on there anyway so

i'll be down the pub to watch on sky tonight, so won't test it myself - good luck!

It’s on a country by country basis. If the match isn’t being shown live in Romania then it’s available on iFollow

The Millwall game was shown on TV here, but I had no problems with iFollow. In fact, it was interesting to note that it included action replays, something that I hadn't seen before on iFollow.

That’s because it was on TV elsewhere

A bit confused by this.
I am in France. On saturday I logged on to get the video, but only got sound, no "watch live" button.
After consulting I GPG turned on our VPN provider -which we use to watch UK tv from here and switched to Romania.
Still no "watch live" button.
Turned off the vpn, and went back to our french internet provider.
Still no 'watch live" button.
Ended up listening without video.
Does anyone have an opinion if video will be available to non UK subscribers tonight?

You should have cleared cache and cookies whilst on the plane to Romania. As advised on the match day thread.
