That happened to me until I logged in on a PC and it said my subscription hadn't been renewed, did that and it started straight away.
Nice one Hobbsy. I have to go and watch a video then switch to the audio and it works. Bonkers. But it worked.

It seemed that when there:was a break of sorts in play and the commentators were chatting it would skip.
Almost though someone was listening in a cutting 10 sec out here and there to try to keep up with real time.

I was close to subscribing this season, hoping that all the complaints from last season had been resolved. It sounds like there's still just as many issues ongoing.

Worked fine for me to watch the first two games of the season from abroad

No complaints from me, runs seamlessly. Commentary just a fraction behind the play but all in all very decent.
If you class a fraction as the best part of a mi yet.

I wont be re-newing this season.

"Please note: no Carabao Cup or Checkatrade Trophy matches will be available on iFollow Brentford." - i assume they mean video. it's a bit annoying - not really hurting anyone for them to put it on. someone "left it on" at Southend last year, so hopefully we can see the same tonight?! :)

pretty sure doctor_bee means that the video and audio is slightly out of sync - it's noticeable but not awful.

i doubt you mean that, and then not sure why it would matter if the audio is late, unless you're watching Sky Sports / BBC at the same time and getting score updates before they happen??

anyway, i couldn't imagine being without my fix, and hope you find a way :sorted:

I subscribe as it is useful for matches when I'm not here, although I'm often driving and it works fine hearing Markybee's dulcet tones in the car. I've not had a problem with it for ages.

Every time I try to use this it just screws me over. It really is total sh*t and how they are still on contract must be down to brown paper bags.

I have spent the last hour trying to log in, it hates my password so I managed to change it after googling how (surely it should be easier than that) and now I still can’t log in. It doesn’t say the password is wrong it just blanks the password box out whenever I enter it.

Every year I have to go in and pay again and every year I spend hours trying to work out how to get into my account t and do this.

I dont have this trouble with anything else I use on line, changing your password and putting in you card details is so easy a 2 year old can do it on everything g except this stupid piss awful app.

nonsense, it has been one of the best purchases i've made in recent years. they are far from perfect (understatement alert!), but they've generally been helpful with me - you don't mention there that you tried speaking with their support team :)

It seems us regular overseas users don't seem to have many problems.

For me, generally, Ifollow is very reliable and provides very good video of the game.

Truth is, I'd be lost without it.

I had major problems last year and it took weeks for ifollow to advise me that the iPad I was using was not supported by them any more. Hope this may help in some way.

Last year when I subscribed I could only either listen to the commentary OR watch the game with no sound... Is this still the case? Cheers.

I’m in Dubai trying to watch on an iPad through the App, but it’s telling me this country is blocked. Location services switched on. Anyone got any suggestions?

I’m on holiday in Menorca, paid my 6€ and voila - perfect sound and vision. Better than the audio that’s regularly cuts out at home.

best to ask their support, sorry - there might be a reason why UAE doesn't work  maybe someone local has the rights to Champ games...

I tried the online support but they didn’t respond until half time. They told me you could only get video whilst abroad if you have an overseas billing address. I told them I’ve done it before but was told “the regulations have changed”.
I listened to the audio instead.

I did not have any problem for Hull and working with pictures now. I have a UK billing address too.

Yep. Chris is a very, very good commentator.
All about opinions I suppose but my heart sank when I heard he was commentating. Voice is too shrill. He spent most of the first 20 minutes saying the Leeds crowd were quiet when we could hardly hear him over the sound of the Leeds crowd! He is fair though.
Prefer our first choice commentary team personally.

Can get audio but not video here in San Diego, anyone any ideas please??
this is such ****ing bullshit - sorry for you fellas :( it's really annoying to dangle the possibility of this service and then take it away over some nonsense technicality :(

we're very lucky as a club and fanbase to have two very decent commentators in our midst - both Mark and Chris are very good at it, and it is a skill - try listening to some others sometime and you'll appreciate we're lucky to have even such a decent backup in Chris.

appreciate what's meant regarding Chris's voice, though. shan't say a word against Marky as his fanclub get a little hysterical if he's questioned :)

Any Bees overseas getting video for the Derby game?

I'm in the same location as always, but no option for video today.

I've just checked the iFollow list of unavailable matches at https://www.efl.com/broadcast-schedule/

This games is not on the list of unavailable games for Spain or the USA.

Edit: nor is it listed as unavailable in Australia or most of Europe (UK and ROI excepted of course)

Yeah I just assumed it would be on i follow... then checked and saw differently. It’s live through Foxtel in Australia as being shown on BeIN sports (the old Setanta) but couldn’t find other streams

If it's live on BeIN Sports in Australia then I guess it's right that it should be blacked out on iFollow, but strange that it's not on the list of blacked out games.

It's not being shown live in Spain as far as I can tell, so I'm still
Unfortunately (for me) we have a new player in Spain called DAZN.com who show Championship games, but their live game today was Brizzle v Boro

DAZN show EFL matches in Germany, I watched WBA away on it when I was there last year.

Anyone know why the derby feed wasn"t available? Thought payment to ifollow covered all home league games?

Derby aren't on iFollow. They've got their own deal, like a handful of other clubs.

The more pertinent question is: why wasn't video available in the regions where the game wasn't available on some other platform? Overseas Bees have paid iFollow for a video service, and they haven't provided it.
Has anyone actually asked iFollow why this happened?
