First issues for me as well. Constantly freezing throughout the second half

Went through my usual pre-match routine. Cleared all history, cached files etc from browser then got on to i-follow at 14:30. Lots of revolving white circles, so kept going in and out until it clicked in. For once, managed to get through the match uninterrupted but running about 3 minutes behind live I think. I spend the whole match wondering when it will freeze.
I'll be on the Sky red button for the Norwich match.

I have quite an old LG TV with an Amazon Firestick, and watch using the Silk browser with no problems. I don't have a laptop so can't speak for the laptop to HDMI option which others appear to use successfully.

Ah ok wasn’t aware of that as an option. I’ve got a fire tv stick (not sure what version but it’s not a new one?). I’ll have to try that out on the next ifollow match, cheers

Interestingly, the delay on watching on the red button is greater if you have a Sky Q box. On these it seems as if the signal is streamed in HD whereas on the older Sky boxes the red button appears to be a live signal. I verified this with one of my sons that has an old box with my Q where his action was several seconds ahead of mine.

Yes, the improvements in technology since 1990 have meant a increase over time in the delay. The good old days of (limited) live sport actually being broadcast from Crystal Palace TV mast with minimal delay to the actual match are long gone

This happened to me. Last time there was a place to put the code in on the same screen as the bank details, but I couldnt' see it this time. So this time I was assuming that would be on the next screen, but it charged me £10.

As a season ticket holder you get access to all home games and midweek away games. Weekend away games you pay for. The VIP pass is for games that are on sky.

This is a strange one/bit worrying 4 me possibly.:-

Got the e-mail from BFC with code, CtrlC code, go to to login/register, takes me straight to next match' no screen to input code!!!!

As far as I can tell I haven't given a Debit Card to pay without code.

End of last season, no issues with ifollow, this season I am completely flummoxed!!!

My email said so - but - my VIP upgrade for for the SW game didn't work. All the ones with a code did.

Never use the ‘pay with this card’ option. It will automatically take your money unless you have already entered your code. I was caught out for the Preston game.

For a refund phone EFL - 01772 325829 - you need to give them your i-Folow email address & Voucher Code, so they can check you are who you say you are re the "freebie" & they'll be able to see that you've inadvertantly paid £10 - the card you used will be credited

It gets even better.

1. Put my voucher code in, press Apply
2. Go to Pay (after making sure the total was 0), told I need to put in an expiry date
3. Ignore that and go to "Saved Card" click on one and suddenly, without warning, I've "paid".

No indication that that would happen and if they do that for regular transaction then they are v stupid.

BTW I used an expired card so I don't think there is a fraud check going on, just that the path through the payment code requires a method of payment even though the total is 0 and there is a voucher.

I suspect Paypal were getting complaints from those that paid non-zero amounts that the product didn't work. And the EFL's answer is to expeditely remove Paypal as a method of payment. Very helpful of them
