Is the Bournemouth game on ifollow this Wednesday? BFC site only shows audio option.
O/S says yes, certainly for ‘frozen’ S/T holders....Is the Bournemouth game on ifollow this Wednesday? BFC site only shows audio option.
Same for me and I assume this will be fixed as well but it is strange as we were assured this had been resolved. The following game is saying I have accessMine only shows options to buy an audio pass. Presume this will change nearer the time for us ST holders?
Did you manage to contact the club HobbsyNot activated for me yet, will check with the club.
Club have now replied and said everyone should now be activated.
Can you please check?
All good here, thanks
Good for me, thank you. (Both B'mouth and B. City showing as "You already have access to this match")Club have now replied and said everyone should now be activated.
Can you please check?
Are you a Season Ticket holder?Only getting Bournemouth audio and not video here? First time all season... any ideas?
Yep, frozen - been fine all season so far for the games i was allowed to watch without paying for it.Are you a Season Ticket holder?
log out and in again, it’s probably up to its usual tricks looking like you are logged in when you aren’tYep, frozen - been fine all season so far for the games i was allowed to watch without paying for it.
bit late now, but we were told this issue was fixed. Can you email enquiries@brentfordfc.com and tickets@ please and tell them the issue.Yep, frozen - been fine all season so far for the games i was allowed to watch without paying for it.
I had the same. But logged off then on again and got in. I wasn't the best this game though. Lots of freezing with the circle of doom. The commentary wasn't in phase either.Only getting Bournemouth audio and not video here? First time all season... any ideas?

It's funny because Mark mentioned a few times about the commentary being ahead of the picture but, for me, it seemed dead right. Later in the game he mentioned the time left and it was bang on with the display.I had the same. But logged off then on again and got in. I wasn't the best this game though. I became very familiar with the circle of doom too, particularly against Coventry and matches before. Not sure if a coincidence or not but I now clear all my browsing history before a match and it has worked fine since. I always have to log in and out a couple of times before the match to get rid of the doom circle.I had the same. But logged off then on again and got in. I wasn't the best this game though. He was definitely ahead, by several seconds. It's funny because Mark mentioned a few times about the commentary being ahead of the picture but, for me, it seemed dead right. Later in the game he mentioned the time left and it was bang on with the display.
For me, it was a couple of seconds ahead in the first half and seemed to be in sync most of the second. I have Sky but stuck with iFollow because I like Mark, Mick and Marcus. Picture was fine throughout. Looking forward to Saturday's game. It's funny because Mark mentioned a few times about the commentary being ahead of the picture but, for me, it seemed dead right. He said it wasn't able to be fixed at the ground, but he would ensure it was reported to the iFollow 'experts'. I'm sure he's said this before, some matches are better than others at being properly synched. He was definitely ahead, by several seconds.
Maybe my ears are slow! I must admit, I tend to focus on the picture and wash out a lot of the commentary which I keep on a low volume, particularly if I have to watch Sky.He was definitely ahead, by several seconds.
You can only really tell when a piece of goalmouth action arrives. You certainly can't tell during the chit chat which occupied the first 4-5 minutes of the second half, I know because I was trying to see if we were back in sync. It fooled me until the next Bees attack...For me, it was a couple of seconds ahead in the first half and seemed to be in sync most of the second. I agree. It seemed like it was pretty much back in sync for the last 20 or so mins of the second half but maybe that was more a case of Mark tempering things a bit.You can only really tell when a piece of goalmouth action arrives. Also, something that annoys me when Marky, Marcus/Karleigh/Mick (whoever's on) are rudely interrupted on video coverage during their pre match 'ramble' midflow, by those terrible iFollow adverts. Often saying about not watching pirated coverage. They're surely aiming them at the wrong audience anyway, as we're watching iFollow coverage! He said it wasn't able to be fixed at the ground, but he would ensure it was reported to the iFollow 'experts'. No for me, in US, the commentary was ahead which is worse than it being behind, so i switched to ESPN plus and watched sky broadcastIt's funny because Mark mentioned a few times about the commentary being ahead of the picture but, for me, it seemed dead right. Yes, Mark and co have no idea when these ads are coming on. It's something that needs to be predictable and fixed. Also, something that annoys me when Marky, Marcus/Karleigh/Mick (whoever's on) are rudely interrupted on video coverage during their pre match 'ramble' midflow, by those terrible iFollow adverts. Can we not just ask the players/TF to try to speed up the play a bit to ensure they're ahead of the commentary......???......He was definitely ahead, by several seconds.
This is something that ifollow must address. Also, something that annoys me when Marky, Marcus/Karleigh/Mick (whoever's on) are rudely interrupted on video coverage during their pre match 'ramble' midflow, by those terrible iFollow adverts. I did suggest that Mark just stands a few hundred yards away from the mic in order to get himself in syncCan we not just ask the players/TF to try to speed up the play a bit to ensure they're ahead of the commentary......???......
Simple??
It really isn't that easy, especially with streaming over the internet. If they did what you describe then any match which doesn't start in time or has an excessive period of added on time for an injury would have an ad instead of part of the match. This is something that ifollow must address.
Hate it when the commontators get cut off mid flow and when the ad's finish we just get radio silence. Surely its easy to corordinate ads at 15:51-15:55 with the programme either side
So how do you think they do do it now then? The ads seem to start at a randomised time after the HT and FT whistle. The straightforward solution for the provider would be to play them all at the same time therefore obliterating any unusual extended periods of play. I suspect that this is actually what happens....we've just been lucky to avoid this situation... so far.It really isn't that easy, especially with streaming over the internet. For big TV productions this is all handled manually and coordinated tightly, for as many matches as iFollow stream on a Saturday that isn't feasible.
Anyway the first step is to get the EFL to recognise this as a problem that needs solving....
It's also pre-match that it interrupts the commentators. My guess would be some offset based on KO, HT and FT from a match data integration. So how do you think they do do it now then? Too right , the cliche driven Sky commentators drive you nuts. How long are they going to keep on referring to the BMW...Would rather watch follow then SKY.
My partner really loves it and sings along... it grates on me!... I can't now get get that ifollow tune they use out of my head, I think I will forever relate it to the new stadium.
Really? At least we don't have Snoop Dogg singing Just Eat this year.
Seems so, Just Eat are still a title sponsor though.Really?
