Sorry, not rad entire thread so apologies if asked before but can someone advise if you subscribe to this whether you can 'watch' the games in full by streaming the game feed few hours later or is it just 'live' at the actual time of the game? I'm thinking 7am Sunday morning more preferable to 2am etc...?!? This would dictate if I thought it worth subscribing to...

Presumably that's noon TW8 time. Disappointing but there you go.

Only available outside the UK mate, but i'm certain you'll now be able to find streams elsewhere on the internet very easily, that you couldn't before....

yeah so as Pixie says... you'll either need to watch live... or wait nearly 24 hours to be able to watch the match... it's a bit of a shame, but that's the current plan

It may be my imagination but it also seems quicker getting information up; there seems to be no perceptible time lag from Twitter, which appeared the case before. The Brentford team behind it should be congratulated; customer-oriented with items like Calendar support for those who have not done it before, as well.

Note ifollow does not currently work on Android or smart Tv's only Apple and Windows based devices.

The videos are working on my Android. No idea how we'll listen to live commentary though.

Markybee has touched on that he is going to do a commentary from Aldershot this coming Friday evening; which is really great; if Themepark reads this I wonder if he would just be able to articulate how we log into the commentary thru the iFollow portal on the OS??

I know this has been touched on before but there appears to be no tab or link to access it; if the tab or the link are generated for each commentary that would be great but it would help if 'we' could know where to access it.

And thank you, regardless; the redesigned OS is a real iimprovement imo and I am sure iFollow will be equally.

Commentary links won't appear until the website switches over into it's matchday layout - they'll then disappear when we come out of a matchday

I've just registered and trying to catch up with the interviews which I am lead to believe are free. However they will not open/run. Any reason for this . can't be ars*ed to go back through the thread for an explanation. maybe someone can tell me now.

I believe all the free interviews are available on the OS, within the text write-up.

Just tried the ifollow account, and having the same problem of having to reset the password, although no email comes through to do this. It looks like 'unlocking' the account from their end hasn't worked for some people on here by the looks of things too. Anyone managed to get this one resolved?

Bit tired of being unable to properly stream the interviews/videos, can only stream about 10 secs at a time before it stops, wait, watch another 10 secs, wait etc.

Me too. Considering terminating my membership, getting a partial refund and starting again. Themeparks efforts to assist for which Im grateful, have been unsuccessful.

Maybe it's just me but I've had no problem whatsoever. I'd guess that it does need a manual walk-through by a support person to sort out those with issues, particularly, for example, where no e-mail appears it is probably due to missing or incorrect e-mail address.

Is anybody able to confirm whether the new ifollow works for multiple clubs or whether a separate subscription is needed to access matchday commentary/ subscription only video content for each club?

My wife supports Huddersfield so with the old beesplayer we were previously able to share a single subscription which enabled us to access matchday commentary for both teams. Will this still be possible under the new system or will we need to pay twice?

Same here wont recognise email address or password. Had this same problem this morning when I subscribed,went on live chat and eventually they managed to

There is already an app for iPhone that gives access to the ifollow videos and Bees news, and I assume when the season starts properly the audio will appear in the match centre.
