Even so, it's on the BFC website. The club could at the very least show some empathy towards the fans - and maybe complain to EFL. BFC can't just ignore the matter.
It hacks me off as much as anyone but the above is tad harsh imo; Themepark is doing his best (and doesn't have to post on here) and if it carries on I am sure the Club will look to represent what is happening to EFL; like I said below it is surely in everyone's interests that it works efficiently.

Roll on 1925 Tuesday I reckon; the next stepping stone test as to whether it is just teething IT issues or really total rubbish.

I'm way off the pace on this one. What happened to Bees Player? it's switched over to iwatch. A new provider, fine, but. When i went to sign up with them for new package they decline the email address that i was using for Bees player. If they are a new setup why are they carrying details over from previous provider. Did Bees player operate a rolling billing operation? If so I'm paying for something I'm not getting.. Confused!

It sounds like you already have a subscription, they are carried over! Did you subscribe for a year, if so, when does it expire? Have you tried to login? I think you may have to go through setting a new password...

also sad to hear. really appreciate everything you do, mate, and sorry to hear that you're being let down along the way. really appreciate too that you come on here and give us more information, as i'm quite sure that many fans have to put up with a wall of silence from their club.
Agree with these sentiments. We know you are passionate about this Themepark and appreciate all your efforts :sorted:

Go onto BFC ifollow and use an online chat session to explain your position RHP. They should help you. On my phone, you get to the online chat using the speech bubble in the bottom right of the screen.

My Beesplayer sub wasn't migrated properly and had to get them to reset my password as suggested above before I could go back in and reset it to what it was before!

Whole game was live on you tube, used chromecast and full picture on tv, no delays and clear sound . Mind you it was southampton who was screening it

I'm in the same position. I think they said we will have to subscribe anew when our current subscription expires.

There appeared to be more equipment on tripods around the ground for the saints game. Particularly in the empty new road. Was not sure if it was our diagnostics sensors or saints tv equipment or ours.

Mine is at the end of this month, £45 pa. I was happy with Bees player, I think a little more expensive this year, if they iron the teething problems out i think its still a fair price. My concern was i'd be paying for it unknown to me and not be getting the product. A bit like the re billing scammers i got caught with for two years at Simply business.

Themepark has already said that it was his set-up

So today is Match Day; admittedly not a competitive game but still dead interesting with the new players and all. Match Days are one of the highlights here in Cornwall and I look forward to loads of things, Jockbee starting the GPG Matchthread, listening to Markybee and his Mates and interacting with my good friends from the GPG on the Matchthread (blow Twitter) as Brentford wang in the goals.

So as I write this at just after two Tuesday afternoon what are the chances of iFollow being successfully able to stream Markybee and Dave at the Franchise this evening . . . . . . . . . . . .; I reckon, because I want it to work, at least eight out of ten.

But more seriously if it doesn't work again what will that say about the rest of the Season . . . . . . . . .

I'm wondering if part of the problem is that they don't really understand football - or as they would call it, sah-ccer. Neulion, the people running it, are headquartered in Plainview, NY and the customer support looks like it's based there. Maybe that's why they don't understand that pre-season friendlies are actually important to us saddos, and also why they switched the coverage off at half-time in the Oxford game. Seems to be no connection between the club's people, like Markybee, and the platform.

I'd guess the contract is with the Football League and is to transmit football league and cup games.

Just to throw it out there - for anyone who's on month to month subscriptions you may have yours stopped for the clash on Sunday due to the new system coming in.

If you have this situation, please DM me with your account info and your current expiration date and I will get you sorted out! :sorted:

Worth noting that once we get to the weekend I won't be able to fix it very easily if at all, so check now!! :bound:

Is this actually going to give me access to live games here in Australia?

Now got some ghastly 80's power rock sh*t and a recorded announcement thanking me for my subscription and telling the match will start shortly.
