It hacks me off as much as anyone but the above is tad harsh imo; Themepark is doing his best (and doesn't have to post on here) and if it carries on I am sure the Club will look to represent what is happening to EFL; like I said below it is surely in everyone's interests that it works efficiently.
It sounds like you already have a subscription, they are carried over! Did you subscribe for a year, if so, when does it expire? Have you tried to login? I think you may have to go through setting a new password...

Go onto BFC ifollow and use an online chat session to explain your position RHP. They should help you. On my phone, you get to the online chat using the speech bubble in the bottom right of the screen.
I tried watching it on my phone for a bit and gave up. It played for a second then froze for a second then played for another second the froze etc etc.

Mine is at the end of this month, £45 pa. I was happy with Bees player, I think a little more expensive this year, if they iron the teething problems out i think its still a fair price. My concern was i'd be paying for it unknown to me and not be getting the product. A bit like the re billing scammers i got caught with for two years at Simply business.
