Does anyone know what the programme arrangements for the new season will be? I understand that Curtis Sports have been terminated, but have heard nothing as to what the replacement arrangement may be.

I have taken out a subscription for the past few seasons as it is simpler (for me) than buying on a matchday and also guarantees a programme. So I would like to think that a subscription service will again be available.

But time moves closer to the first match and nothing seems to have been mentioned by the club. unless I have missed something? Anyone know or heard anything?

Where did you understand this from please?
Directly from Stuart Curtis of Curtis Sports. Confirmed that the club no longer wish to work with them after 4 years.

Ah OK. That's interesting. They are actually based in the same building as Smartodds! So jmf will have to get his programme from elsewhere going forwards!

I guess we’ll find out Saturday who the new distributors are.

Yes, it looks that way. Subscriptions for both home and away programmes are now available to purchase from their website. They seem to do a lot of PL clubs including Arsenal, and Chelsea and Liverpool.

Oh dear. M60 programmes ltd had a lot of issues supplying printed programmes from PDFs that Clubs issued last season during lockdown.
eg M60 Football Programmes. :: The Football Programme Forum

Let’s hope their service to supply and their customer service has improved a lot!!

Not sure why the club has not publicised this? Some supporters, home and abroad, will want to get a subscription sorted ready for season start! Also excludes friendliest this season. So will need to buy separately if you want those too.
As Garybaldbee says, home amd away sub is available. Strangely they charge £1.50 “delivery” for accepting the order online. That’s not the programme delivery price btw, which is included in the sub.

Hopefully the club has done proper due diligence on this company? Hopefully they rigorously reviewed their past performance and will have included proper damages and remedy clauses in any contract entered in to? Although based upon the reviews stated I am not sure I would have wanted to link up with them at the moment. For this season at least I would have wanted some certainty and the company being able to demonstrate past performance. Not sure they could do that. There cannot be a huge amount of income at stake, so I cannot see any pressing reason to change, especially with all the other changes to manage with supporters going to LR for the first full capacity matches.

I would expect the club has done some due diligence. In terms of revenue I can see programme sales being way up this season as many will want them as souvenirs of our first PL season. While we all hope it won’t be our only season at this level, most longer term fans are pretty fatalistic from experience and so will not take the risk!

So this m60 lot aren't the publishers of the programme, more like a dealer service? (Website says image of individual programmes will be available once released by the club or publishers.)

If we're just supplying them with a digital copy for them to organise printing could be a rough ride given the delays referred to on the football programme forum.

A goal kick from Harrow Borough FC
As has been said, it seems an odd time to make an extra change when so much else will be different this season.
Are we still writing it? I mean GPGers on here normally write and contribute to it. What have they heard?

Curiously the subscription they offer for home games in the coming season is £26 cheaper than M60's (£99 v £125). Are M60 basically just middle men distributors?

Yes, imo.

Where (if anywhere) are programme sellers likely to be based at LR, inside or outside the ground or both?

Would like an Arsenal one for posterity.

I don't really want to know where you're going to put it...although to be expected as it is Arsenal.

I guess the aca subscription is NOT inclusive of postage?

Also I initially had also added the West Ham friendly programme, but when you proceed to checkout it removes it for some reason. 🤷‍♂️

Where are you?

I went through to payment via PayPal, deliver to Brentford, and it was £99 inc p&p.

Dublin. Perhaps it updated with an actual delivery price then.

That still goes against the description:
The price for this seasonal subscription package is £99, inclusive of postage to a United Kingdom or Ireland address.

I messaged them and they've said it's an error on the site. It's apparently being fixed (y)

I am surprised the club have been silent on all of this? Especially as first match with a programme is tomorrow (Sat 31st July)

Are u sure you're looking at right email?

Programme not by Curtis anymore and sure JV stated catering would be available. What would be point of not having?

The email is previewof West Ham game but when you click on the ‘Fan guide’ it gives the info that was in place for play off games. I think. Hopefully someone itk can confirm if catering will be open?

I think the email from JV suggests it will be - really cannot see why it wouldn't and in the absence of anything to contrary I think you should assume it is.

Our pre-season matches against West Ham United and Valencia afford us the opportunity to fine tune our stadium operations for the full house we expect for our opening Premier League match against Arsenal, but also give you the opportunity to get familiar with your seat location and nearest bar, food outlet, and toilet facilities. Again, we urge you to attend our pre-season matches if you can and arrive in plenty of time to familiarise yourself with our new home.

Doesn't say that the bar, food outlet and toilet would be open though 😇

I believe the links in the preview email are from last season. Unfortunately it is not uncommon for the information and syntax on the web pages to be wrong on the BFC site. I assume that nobody proof reads or checks them before they are posted (or if they do they need some training)?

My impression is that this is seen as much as is possible a full scale rehearsal for a Premiership match under “normal” conditions.

I’m fully aware of JV email content. This new email was received at 6pm this evening from the club. Contains conflicting info as confirmed by longtimeago, it looks like copy and paste from the playoffs. Poor communication from the club. 🥶

Can see why it is confusing - the link is right but they just have not updated the Fan Guide on the website with the new information. As you say just poor comms.

The new fan guide has not been published yet, as I still have the draft.
