Jay the tall one?Is that a photo of you and Jay above your post?
We must know each other lol. Went to same primary and secondary as Kieran and most of his mates were close mates of mine too.Yes St. Bernards has quite a few football connections. Jonny Giles was also at there at that time, he was at Oxford United and now at Chelmsford City in the National League. Kieran Hayes was in my class and he is now head of the academy at Oxford United.
No, not sure where Matty Cash went to school but wasn't St. Bernard's.My daughter is at St Bernard's with Matty Cash's sister, although I don't think he went there. Matty Cash (Forest) is, I believe, son of Stuart Cash (11 appearances on loan for Brentford 1990). It doesn't get more tenuous than this!
Michael Mancienne went to my son's school, St Mark's in Hounslow.
I can't think of anybody famous at all who went to my school. Sorry, I'm trying.
Ha correct. Tomlinscote or Collingwood? I was France Hill. Played against him in Sunday league a few times from memoryMark Peters was in the year below me. Never knew him but his reputation as a decent footballer was almost as well established as his reputation for being a t0sser...!
Played against Rowan for years when he was at loddon and in the same district side for years as well. Played a year above his actual ageRowan Vine.
I went there, just before it changed to C of E.Mark Williams, winger from the early '00s, scored a great goal at home to Stoke - Twyford CofE High School.
Me and fellow Draytonian at Peter at the school disco. We discussed a podcast and signed contracts too. He didn't turn up!

Thanks for mentioning him, was trying to remember his name when this thread went up. I was at Heston Infants with Peter.Peter Lara - Heston boy , played with him not same school - he played England under 16’s, don’t think he made a pro start though.
As stated. No, not sure where Matty Cash went to school but wasn't St. Bernard's.
Little skinny thing, isn't he?Me and fellow Draytonian at Peter at the school disco. We discussed a podcast and signed contracts too. He didn't turn up!
They had a great side then.Martin was a decent player for Hounslow.
He looks so pleased to be with you too.Me and fellow Draytonian at Peter at the school disco. We discussed a podcast and signed contracts too. He didn't turn up!

I remember Roy, I think he was 2 or 3 years above me at Wiseman, I was in the same year as his brother.Roy Cotton (two appearances in '70s) is my bruv-in-law. Him, my sister and I all went to Cardinal Wiseman
Big respect to Gerry Francis, (well apart from the Q.P.R. connection), professional footballer, England international and captain and still has the time to become a Deputy Head.!Gerry Francis attended Hogarth School in Chiswick. Not Bees obviously, but local. My dad met him once when he was deputy head there.
Dragon Crouching Hidden Tiger or somethingMe and fellow Draytonian at Peter at the school disco. We discussed a podcast and signed contracts too. He didn't turn up!

He was also out drinking with my mother on the evening after he signed for Liverpool!Nana, bearing in mind Crouch is nearly 7ft how big are you? Not meaning to be rude here - I mean tall.
So you were his step son for a whileHe was also out drinking with my mother on the evening after he signed for Liverpool!
A true if somewhat sad story about my mate Micks mum. They lived in South Ealing. For the last 5 years of her life she had very bad dementia and was in a home. The only person she could remember clearly and would talk about was Peter Crouch - a lovely boy apparently. I'm not sure what the link to him was although he did live locally. He was also out drinking with my mother on the evening after he signed for Liverpool!
Collingwood. Yeah I played against him too, I played at a pretty low level, couldn't believe he was down there against me - and didn't look any better than the rest of us.Ha correct. Tomlinscote or Collingwood? I was France Hill. Played against him in Sunday league a few times from memory
Same here but well after I left. Drayton Manor?Peter Crouch. (well he has played at GP. Twice!)
Martin Rowlands is ex Drayton Manor also.Same here but well after I left. Drayton Manor?
..and of course Gwyn Williams Chelsea coach, who has had some dodgy reports in recent years was sports teacher when I was there.

A bloke I used to play football with claimed he went to Drayton Manor School with him, so I guess it’s right?are you sure!?
