Unlikely I know but I still wouldn't bet my life against Sisto joining us. MB is hardly likely to say, "oh yes, what a great idea, I'll try and convince him to come to Brentford" when asked about him on social media/in the public domain. His old FCM manager has left, Rasmus is working for us now, we have a full Danish international in Bjelland... So, I can still dream we'll get this pretty special player!

Would be an excellent replacement for Pritchard - although he's more similar style of player to Toral, but with lots more experience having played for the Chelsea first team and loan spells in the Championship and Europe

Bamford is a tart but scores goals, Josh was seen as the first Chelsea bred super kid who would become a superstar but he never quite fulfilled his massive potential.

I can certainly see their point. Not overly fussed about him personally, but you just have to admire Mr Benham's desire in making us a force to be reckoned with in the world of football these days.

Thing is we don't know how he was told to play by the,at the time,Watford manager and as far as Boro he probably just watched the ball sail over his head for 90mins

Midfielders who have flopped at other clubs but looked superb for us include Adeyemi, Forster and Sav.
This lad was rated better than all of them at Chelsea as a kid and I have faith in MB and system that gets in youngsters who are a good fit and flourish at Brentford so let's just wait and see

Friend of mine is on the Vitesse supporters board and was gutted when I told him we were signing Josh. Worked his way into their team last season and played a big part. So not all loans haven't worked out. When you have the expectation that was once on his shoulders and it doesn't quite happen, I am sure it can weigh very heavily on tyoung shoulders. Those who really have it take that wobble, mature and comeback, the others fall away. So let's wait and see if the promise he showed at the backend of last season is the beginning of Josh's comeback, he has the ability, now it's about the mentality.

Agreed, also the fact that he's had a bit of adversity, had to "rough" it a little bit to get a game again, is absolutely the type of scenario that drives players on. I know for a fact that this will have played in his favour with Rasmus Ankersen. I'm no regular reader, but if anyone hasn't read it yet, I urge you to read the Gold Mine Effect, by Mr Ankersen himself - it's absolute quality and he is the real deal.

I can't quite believe the set up we currently have - this is going to be beyond most of our wildest dreams.

Personally I think this signing could be a gem but the only thing that worries me is that he had several unsuccessful loans in England where the general consensus seems to be that he was too lightweight and then goes to vitesse where he shines in a league that isn't particularly physical. He clearly has the talent but just maybe needs to toughen up. Gets my backing though and as is said could be a real gem
