I’m sorry mate but we are able to enter a relegation battle that we all expected on day 1. No complaints we’re a David fighting against a lot of Goliaths, we have relative peanuts to spend and are right up against it for the next 21 games.
Neither Norwich nor Newcastle will get 3 wins any time soon. Not sure Watford will either. Those wins against Everton and Watford with average performances have bought us some time to get players back and a couple in. Then we should be fine. I thought when the injuries hit hard a couple of months ago that we’d be in or around the bottom three at the start of the new year. We have surprised me by how well we have fought and picked up the points we have but the lack of numbers and quality in depth is going to drag us down.
