He signalled to the bench asking to come off
...........he won't play at Stoke.............f***; need him for the next two games
Hope so. With Bryan and Pinnock additional potential injuries our squad will be running on fumesIs he OK?
He’s been superb this season, his anticipation, touch and pace have been exceptional, a transformation. Needs to finish better, if he can fix this the sky’s the limitMbeumo is a top, top talent. His numbers for us over the past couple of years are exceptional for someone his age and has performed extremely well so far this season against some of the best teams in the country/Europe.
We could easily be talking about a £35m+ player if/when he starts converting his chances!
Yes he's improved but you cant ignore the elephant in the room - there's been a lot of missed chances. Still work to do to improve further.

Yes, he signalled himself to come off.Did he get Subbed off because of injury? According to the FPL app he is now 'injured'
If he is fit enough let him lead the line at Stoke. He desperately needs a goal. If that works out he will be invigorated. If not, is it time to give Forss a start at Burnley?
Except the last time Forss started instead of Bryan he scored 4. Remember that?I don't think I'd start Forss ahead of Mbeumo in any circumstances. You'd lose everything good that Bryan brings to the team.
You surely can't be comparing a game against one of the worst league sides I've ever seen against an EPL side?Except the last time Forss started instead of Bryan he scored 4. Remember that?
Bit of a difference between playing the team bottom of league 2 and the premier leagueExcept the last time Forss started instead of Bryan he scored 4. Remember that?
Any closer to the centre of the goal, and the keeper would gobble it up, that’s why he goes so close to the postIMHO this is a major issue at present - he misses far too many goal opportunities. He always seems to want to put the ball into the back of the net in off the post. He needs to stop doing that. Hopefully the coaches are all over him on this, because if he’d netted the golden opportunities to score that he’s had we’d be in the top four now![]()
Yeah and next game is the league cup as well. There is no way I'd risk Bryan or Ivan in that game. So Forss starts ahead.Bit of a difference between playing the team bottom of league 2 and the premier league
Forss doesn’t bring enough to the team to start over Bryan. For me he’s the Toney backup, not Bryan’s. If we were ever to drop Bryan it would be for Wissa. If he is fit enough let him lead the line at Stoke. He desperately needs a goal. If that works out he will be invigorated. If not, is it time to give Forss a start at Burnley?
Obviously he does, but not a chance you start Forss in the league unless Bryan and Wissa are both injured.Yeah and next game is the league cup as well. There is no way I'd risk Bryan or Ivan in that game. So Forss starts ahead.
Yep fully agree. I was just pointing out the last time he did he scored 4 goals.Obviously he does, but not a chance you start Forss in the league unless Bryan and Wissa are both injured.
And remember that on one of the last times we played Stoke, Forss scored 2 clinical goals almost immediately he came on. Nearly helped us recover from 3-0 down. Would like to see him start on Wed.Bit of a difference between playing the team bottom of league 2 and the premier league
I agree that he misses too many, but at least we are creating enough to be missed! Would rather that than have no opportunities at all. It's all still very positive play.IMHO this is a major issue at present - he misses far too many goal opportunities. He always seems to want to put the ball into the back of the net in off the post. Welcome Blackpool Bee! lived in Bispham for 20 years, supporting Bees from Blackpool has been interesting...., great to see a Lytham Bee too. Anyway, back to topic n all that.I agree that he misses too many, but at least we are creating enough to be missed! Would rather that than have no opportunities at all. It's all still very positive play.
He will be starting on Wednesday I am sure. Toney won't be risked, and if Bryan is injured he won't be anywhere near Stoke. And remember that on one of the last times we played Stoke, Forss scored 2 clinical goals almost immediately he came on. Nearly helped us recover from 3-0 down. Would like to see him start on Wed.
Boomo
Best pub in the area is The Taps,on Henry Street in Lytham...proper old-fashioned boozer, great choice of beers, posers not allowed.Bus from Blackpool to Lytham Square(11 or 68 or other),cross road from bus stop, over the mosaic,Henry St is on your right.AS Sir Log's said,we hope to see you both in Ma's Friday night or around 8pm on Saturday...................let's bee 'aving 'ya![]()
Hamstring. Oh dear. I doubt we will see Bryan on Saturday.
Another way of saying...if you could combine Forss' finishing with Bryan's all round game you would have one hellava player! To me it feels like he needs 5 or so good chances to get a goal. He does however create 3 or 4 of those opportunities himself through his work and pace. Forss I suspect only needs 2 or 3 chances for a goal but doesn't create nearly as much as Bryan does. Between them we would have the perfect striker alongside Toney!
Not good news. I wonder if we might see a slightly different set up if he doesn't make it. I'm not convinced Toney and Forss from the start is a great option for us...Hamstring. Oh dear. I doubt we will see Bryan on Saturday.
So that means he’s out Saturday, probably longer given how Frank usually answers questions on injuries.
In goal?Fosu has to come back in surely!
Well maybe it will come to that!!In goal?
