Yes I remember that. Didn't a brave policeman put it in a bucket of sand - as if that would have helped! Anyway it turned out to be a dud.

Have Fulham taken the 4 pubs yet?

They've taken the Nelson but the globettes and Westwing are holding them off from storming the Globe.

It had to be seen to be believed! Can you even begin to imagine what would happen today.

I don't believe that. The Globettes don't come on duty until 6.00. WW must be holding the off on his own.

Hullbee is there as well. He's hiding in the toilets though but rest assured he'll give a critical review of westwings battle on the gpg later on.

Ealing Road now showing as limited along with a couple of paddock blocks so hopefully a reasonable turn-out of Brentford Ultras lol

That's more like it, I've been waiting for at least the Ealing Road to show as "limited". Happy that it will be at least 7000 now.

Afternoon mate. Are you and the little fella going tonight?

Trouble is on holiday with the wicked witch / his mum this week, dragging along my Ipswich mate who didn't need much encouragement, not sure we are going to get there in time for a pint though :(

Tristan and Tarquin will find that Brentford has changed a fair bit since they last came here. It's all getting bit middle class now and there is every chance of them easily finding a latte, and a crayfish and rocket baguette before the game. There are still some nasty rough pubs and mental people about though.

The inter-pub cockles and mussels man sells crayfish tubs. Maybe he needs to branch out.

Hasn't this game sold out? and if not, why not?

Apparently Fulham have teamed up with the Barnet/Watford super firm and everyone is too scared to go.

Should be obvious
Due to having a heavy cold I can't make the game tonight. If anyone want to borrow my season card with a free£15 ticket for Ealing Road terrace then send me a PM. You will need to pick up my card from Windlesham.

I've heard that they have 3 punts leaving Putney Bridge at 3 O'Clock stopping at Strand on the Green for high tea at around 5 O'clock then a swift Pims before the game. Tally Ho old chaps !

A mate just text to say he'd read on the gpg that the game's off tonight. Can't see anything on OS, is he on a wind up?

Yes its a wind up. OS posted a message at lunch time saying the pitch is fine and the rain wouldn't impact on tonight's game.

I'll head all 3 of them off at the junction when I leave the house tonight - wearing me bees top singing men of hounslow or something like that!
