1975.

Wasn’t based on anything or any building.

Allegedly Dan Tana “designed” the badge.

The Squad Photo with the new badge. (Still trying to find the article on the "new badge" from 1975........looking :looks:)

Wasn't that the centenary in 1989?
I really don't know! It just looks like a school kid's job. I remember thinking WTF when I first saw it.

You’re trying to find something that isn’t there. Even reference to “fortress” on that badge page, imo, is bollox........ it was a design that was just different to any other badge at the time.....

Wow look at those shirts without sponsor names and badges. How great do they look.

Brentford will be selling a 1975/76 inspired shirt after Christmas. It’ll be a Red stripe with a brushed Red stripe. Looking forward to it. £80 each.

I’ll supply a picture for £1. :bling:

From googling, it must be Paul Priddy, with Bill Glazier the gk next to him.
Neither is Priddy. I think it is Cox and Glazier. Priddy was tall and skinny. Glazier only played about 10 games and then f**ked off.
