On my final warning
Put the line in the sand right here and now. If we accept these prices then we will have to take this kind of crap forever. Don’t attend.
Will have to get this in many groups and just not here for it to really happen and club to take noticePut the line in the sand right here and now. If we accept these prices then we will have to take this kind of crap forever. Don’t attend.
We put up with crap food and drink at premium prices and that is unlikely to change, what makes you think this has legs. I hope you are right. I can see lots of Chelsea in home areas at this game.Put the line in the sand right here and now. If we accept these prices then we will have to take this kind of crap forever. Don’t attend.
But they go on sale today. The club is an utter shambles behind the scenes. Broken Brentford yet again.
This is the same as every category A league game though? Ie the same as Chelsea in the league, Man U and Liverpool too etc.Trying to charge 70 year olds £50 for a ticket in some areas. Absolutely disgusting.

fair enough. However its the quarter final of one of the 3 premier competitions against the European Champions. I for one do not want to miss it. I have waited decades for the kind of games we are now experiencing and I will never get used to it nor do I want to.I'm still not paying 30 quid! Will stream this one.

Is that correct.
On that basis any cup game against PL opposition is a nuisance and a duplication. Like others I am more than happy to pay £15 on top of my travel and hotel. Personal choice but I will not have a special season soured for me by all the bitching and moaning going on.We play in the same league as them now.
Not paying £30 either rip off....
i thinks that fair tbhNot paying £30 either rip off....
That’s fine but the bitching and moaning as you so put by some has saved some fans a lot of money in the long run.On that basis any cup game against PL opposition is a nuisance and a duplication. Fully transparent. This is what we need to see.Chelsea charge 25 quid adults 12 quid children for league cup games

pretty reasonable and set prices for all of the cup games so the fans know what they will have to pay instead of us who send out a price list and then change it because imo they were dipping their toe in the water to see what the reaction would be on this occasion the water was too hot and their toe got burnt
i think thats ok for 2 prem teams in a cup QFNot paying £30 either rip off....
Ok but people would have complained if we had charged £25 for Forest Green and for Oldham…Chelsea charge 25 quid adults 12 quid children for league cup games

the person in charge of the ticket office should be removed from his post pronto it has been a fiasco all season
Good, well done. That’s fine but the bitching and moaning as you so put by some has saved some fans a lot of money in the long run.
Not many people can afford to spend on a hotel for the game either.
But that is the luck of the draw we could of drawn Man Utd Liverpool and CityOk but people would have complained if we had charged £25 for Forest Green and for Oldham…
Not in the 2nd round we couldn’t…But that is the luck of the draw we could of drawn Man Utd Liverpool and City
I’m intrigued to know how whoever is in charge of ticketing has kept their job after the repeated fiascos all season so far. And it’s only November.the person in charge of the ticket office should be removed from his post pronto it has been a fiasco all season
I think a fair few may be in this category, but as a member can't say I would've paid the same as I did to watch the league game as I'd be very surprised if either sided fielded full teams, regardless of it being a cup QFThis is the same as every category A league game though? Ie the same as Chelsea in the league, Man U and Liverpool too etc.
Are you outraged because season ticket holders aren't being protected from the expensive match ticket prices that members have to keep paying this season?
Or because it's Christmas?
edit - apparently the boycott was a success already. well done everyone.
This could be a comms error, not the ticketing guys.I’m intrigued to know how whoever is in charge of ticketing has kept their job after the repeated fiascos all season so far. And it’s only November.
Incredible. Just incredible.
The person in charge of the ticket office would not have set the prices. The issue is this:I’m intrigued to know how whoever is in charge of ticketing has kept their job after the repeated fiascos all season so far. And it’s only November.

you mean another genuine cock-up.The person in charge of the ticket office would not have set the prices. The issue is this:
Were they dipping their toes in the water with the earlier announced prices or was this a genuine cock-up.
Club should stop sales before they start now. And review th bleeding obviousSo do we buy today and hope we pay a lower amount, or is it being sorted before tickets go on sale this arvo?
Feels like we’re trying to come up with a new shambles every match!
The issue was it wasn’t £30 when first released it was between £40-£50 and only now have they dropped the prices.Don't see the problem with £30. It's fair. We charged less for the earlier rounds. This is a QF of a national cup. I think more than enough people will be okay with that.

Doesnt matter who the oppo is, its th round your in.Ok but people would have complained if we had charged £25 for Forest Green and for Oldham…
Including the Peter Jones storeI am happy to boycott Sloane Square.
