I do hope so, As we have had an embarrassing amount of empty seats for every game so far this season.

I do hope that they can sort out the main offenders who appear to be ST holders, who continue to be absent and who never put their tickets on the exchange, Therefore stopping Members attending matches, They must know who they are by the electronic ticket entry count, It's a difficult situation to sort out, But not impossible, We need a packed ground for every game.

That is such an overreaction.

Cringeworthy thread imo, it's a big match and the club need to raise finances given the recent expenditure on the stadium. Obvs I'd rather pay 20 than 50 or whatever but you can hardly be surprised

If we dont turn up and support the team in a League Cup Quarter Final then why are we bothering at all? It makes us sound very precious and spoilt.

I will have no sympathy if there are Chelsea fans dotted around in all areas.

Match Day revenue is dwafed by the Sky Mega Millions paid to the top 20 in the English League.
The only benefit for high stadium prices maybe for FFP leverage ?

I get that it's a bit on the pricier side, but starting a thread asking our own fans -- in our first season in the PL and a QF against Chelsea -- to not turn up to a game is a bit....OTT

Agreed. Just pay up and look big you cheapskates. We're knocking Chelski out of the cup! Why would you want to miss it?

I think the thread was started when it was £50 in some areas.i think as it's been written before clubs in the top flight can make a profit without having any fans in the stadium all season with PL sky money then prices could easily have been £20 and concessions £10 esp as this game is 3 days before Xmas and one of 5 games in 2 weeks.

£30 probably isn't a rip off as previously stated ! But still expensive imo for a 3rd rate cup competition

As above, thread was started when another club error appeared to advertise vastly inflated prices compared to other rounds in this cup. The requested boycott was because of this. Now the club have had their fingers burnt and apologised again, the boycott no longer a apply. Mods, I think this thread can be closed as leading to a lot of confusion regarding the boycott, people just don’t read the whole thread and just go off on one.
