Surprise surprise the thread turns ugly. If only someone saw that coming almost 100 posts prior

On the subject of the match itself - part of me would be quite excited to see a mixed lineup with a few new younger faces in there. I know we’d like to go 100% full strength but what an experience it would be for some of those players.

Would be looking forward to seeing any from the B team, specifically; Cox, Stevens, Oyegoke, Jones, Adedokun, Maghoma, Young-Coombes and Brook.

Plus the first team squad itself has a few prospects we haven’t really seen enough of yet; Peart-Harris, Bidstrup and even Zamburek.

Not suggesting we play them all but rotating in just a handful of these players into the team/squad would, IMO, keep the game relatively competitive whilst making the best of a bad “squad availability” situation by giving supporters something different and exciting to see.

unfortunately your decision impacts everyone you come into contact with not just you. why should the person who gives you an uber ride, who works in your local supermarket etc etc etc have to be at greater risk because you decided to go and mingle with a massive crowd - some will have had a few and for some any form of social distancing or mask wearing will be out the window - when transmission is at its absolute peak during the entire pandemic thus far.

If the Uber driver is concerned about who they pick up then they should isolate and not drive. It’s not up to football fans to monitor their risk, if he is dropping you at a football stadium he has probably already decided on his personal risk,

We have been told to make our own decision, until we are told differently people should mind their own business and stop telling others how they should be behaving.

I hope the game is on but can only see further restrictions coming after Xmas, it probably won’t happen before as the main man has burned his bridges on that.

Looks like we are cracking on and counting on vaccines. Plenty of time for it all to change but until it does I have something to look forward to.

I wondered when the issue of TAPs would come up.

Any limitations on attendances or wider limitations and I think their allocation will need to be carefully thought through.

I'm sure you'd agree that the uber driver and supermarket worker probably won't have much choice but to go to work and both of them would enjoy it more if the chances of catching covid was as minimal as possible.
