Feyenoord has returned Crysencio Summerville to the Under 21 team because he is not renewing his contract. This confirms technical director Frank Arnesen to the Algemeen Dagblad. "We had given him a deadline until Sunday," said Arnesen.

Played a lot of senior football for his age, and much of it in the Eredivise. Therefore I can't see him being a B team signing if he joins, more likely following in the footseps of Halil having a year on the fringes of the first team setup adjusting to English football. Not to say we couldn't play him in the B team matches of course.

Only showing his good bits obviously but Saidesque - tricky, low centre of gravity, quick and can finish if this is anything to go by

This scouting lark in lockdown using YouTube is easy!

I'll only be convinced he's the next Said if there's a clip of him putting a free kick into the trees. Plays more like the lad at Newcastle.

The open goal miss (not by him) at 3:20 was of Hoffmannesque proportions. He looks smaller than Jay Tabb.

This is a strange one if true. Rangers were keen on him but he’s supposedly said he’s committed to Feyenoord and wants to sign a new contract. This either click bait stuff or something has gone wrong for him at Feyenoord.

first game of season 91-2 4-3 v Orient , poor old Simon Ratcliffe played RB i think ?

Yep. And Otto was only stopped in his stride when Neil Smillie took over at RB.
Back to topic if this guy is anything like Otto he is exactly what we need IMO. A no frills winger with electric pace who can cross accurately

A shame...but shows the calibre of player we're looking to bring in. Onto the next one...
