Is this game going to be available for a tenner to Carabao, like last season's matches were?
You're referring to streaming - Last season this was available at Carabao Cup 2020/21 live streaming
Website indicates this is not available in the UK in 21/22, and there is no iFollow equivalent for league cup games this season. Not sure about other countries.

Me and Dad have just bought our tickets at the box office, however, our season ticket seats have been bought by other season ticket holders and we are sat nearby.
This is OK for the forest green rovers game, but I don't think this should be policy in future. We should be able to buy our own season ticket seats for cup matches if we buy early 🐝

Has anyone actually managed to buy their own season ticket seat?
Lots having to purchase elsewhere 🐝

I agree the normal procedure should be a guarantee for 24 hours.
Is it maybe a consequence of certain blocks and stands being closed at the moment.

You could say
"West stand your ST seats are guaranteed for 24 hours"
"East stand you can't sit in your stand at all, but feel free to fill in the gaps in the west stand. Oh, and you might want to hurry because there aren't many gaps between ST holders"
But that would seem a bit unbalanced when both have paid £449 for a season ticket?

As an aside I would be surprised if we can't justify opening all 4 sides with 21,000 season ticket holders and members and the opportunity to buy loads of extras. Hard to assess demand at the moment maybe? I know it's only the league cup but it's priced accordingly...doesn't say a lot for our second ever competitive game with full capacity allowed.

Yes, I managed to get our 4 ST seats in N123. It looks like we’re in the lucky minority!

While I understand some people would like to try a different block/stand for an alternative view, I do think that ST seats should be reserved if you buy early! Just like it was at GP! 🐝 🐝

Do you mean you are so attached to your seat already that you’re not going now?

I want to try a different stand for this one. Looking forward to it. Always hated Forest Green Rovers even more than Valencia.

I think the lack of precedent and warning is rather irritating for some. If you sit with say 6 people from 4 households and you log on and 4 of the tickets have gone - and then you see the club message - now you've got to coordinate with everyone to check
* are you going?
* did you buy your seat or was that someone else?
* do you want to sit somewhere else entirely so we can sit together? if so let's agree an exact block and row number....

Whereas with reserved seats you know you you can just buy your seat and if your friend didn't decide to buy in the priority window that is their look out. But i see the possible club point of view (post 207).

I’m trying to get my head around that they are opening the dug out for season ticket holders at the same time they are offering 6 per member… will be a scramble tomorrow

Orphaned tickets … that’s a new one on me.

does anyone know how many tickets a ST holder can buy for friends (who aren’t members etc.) at this stage ?

Yes a friend booked today and could not reserve his ST seat, and has got a seat in the NS instead of S, previously we could reserve our ST seat,
any ideas as to why we cant any longer?

A third of the ground is closed so those season ticket holders are already displaced, and also they left it too long to start selling the tickets to be able to run the process that reserves season ticket holder's seats.

Out of interest, why do you have to sit in the same seats every match?

In a new stadium, a new full stadium, wouldn't it be interesting to watch from elsewhere given the opportunity? Especially in the GA area?

Yes. Just more systematic mismanagement by the off-pitch team.

Buy the 2 seats in front of your usual seats then turn round to the people in your seats and ask if they’ll swap otherwise you are going straight home. Most reasonable people will swap if you do a sad or angry face.

This doesn't affect me as I can't attend, but if I was going it would have been nice to be given the option of buying your ST seat, which has happened in the past.
I also agree that it would also be interesting to watch from a different part of the stadium.

I managed to buy the seat next my ST seat and one over next to it but not my own seat. Not bothered but thought it a bit strange.

ISTR that, at GP, your own seat was 'reserved' for you, so you needed to look at that section of the wonderful ticketing system. So, if you looked at the seat without looking at reserved, it showed as unavailable.

Sadly I can imagine this games atmosphere will be a big drop from Arsenal, but I'm sure the levels will be high for our next two aways and then Brighton.

thats ridiculous , just try a different stand or get seats near . The ground will be half empty.

I would be going Royal Oak if we didn't have guests coming to DO

Turns out the club didn’t release the back 5 rows of the west stand and have just released the tickets now.
