Umpire’s call is in our favour so far today. We need to make the most of this luck
That turned a mile. Correct decision from the umpire, there is no one way the umpire could be sure it is hitting. I think this shows why “umpires call” is the right way to go for cricket. I know some will disagree with me.

Is anyone predicting an England collapse post tea?

I personally think England will win by 6 wickets. Sri Lanka just don’t have the depth of wicket taking bowlers.

Good and in the end a comfortable win for England.

I am not sure England have learnt too much in this series to be honest. Form of Root, Broad in the first test and Anderson in this test have been encouraging. However, one huge plus has been the wicketkeeping of Butler. I have been critical of him in the past but done really well behind the stumps this series.

Don't think anyone would have predicted an England win today when play started - fair play to Sibley for sticking around and being not out at the end

I bet a certain Joe Root might have done. Believe Gazza. Believe.

Probably deserves its own thread but test match cricket continues tomorrow with South Africa touring Pakistan and available on Sky. It’s been many years since we have seen test match cricket in Pakistan. Be an interesting watch in the mornings.

What'll be the timings on that IB?

Great to have International cricket back in Pakistan.
SA should have too much, but home advantage could tell.

Will be an interesting contest.

Still no confirmation yet on how to watch the India tests over here, rumoured to be Disney plus but nothing confirmed yet.
