Just been to the local boozer and had a magnificent freshly cooked burger, with hand cut fat fries and a substantial side salad for just £9.00. Couple of lovely pints of a craft IPA for £4.50 each, served up at optimum temperature. Unfortunately, the football being screened on the TV was of a piss poor standard. I shan't be returning.

The Pride in West stand upper concourse was still slightly too cold for my liking last Friday, but not as cold as the one I had at the Valencia match. It also had a reasonable head. For those that thought it looked and tasted flat thats probably because your bar was still servinf far too cold. As its keg it has carbon dioxide added to give the fizz, so if its too cold it flattens it.

Quite how much control they have over what temperature they can serve the lager at as opposed to the ale and stout will depend on what system they have to chill the kegs.

I had the Balti Pie and thought that was an improvement on GPs Pukka Pie equivalent and a reasonable size. Shame my dad wasn't there with his half-time mini Mars bar, one of our GP traditions.

No longer my beloved NAM
I just hope they rotate the menu as I will soon get bored of those 3 options in my area (lamb kofta, fish finger sandwich or quinoa veggie option) if that's the selection every home match

At £9-£12, I got bored already

I’d like to balance the books a bit. I’m not a happy clapper and I have made contact with Jon Varney about the Ticketing fiasco but my experience so far has been excellent.
Dug Out seats just behind and left of the home bench, 11 rows back with a great view, great company and very close to the bar. Cold lager with no queue and tasty Samosas so nowt to complain about from me
Would echo this. Sat not far from you (same row, right above the tunnel), probably same distance as I was from you in the paddock! Clapped the players off at half time and went in to the Dugout to buy (and drink) a pint and was back in my seat to clap the players back on. Would never have been possible in Stripes.

😂 are you sh*tting me?! 12 pounds for a fish finger sandwich ?! Surely some mistake !

There was two of them sharing so fat Julie was entitled to charge them a bit extra was my initial thought

Had a chicken burger in S101 at ht as i was blinking hungry and visually there appeared little else. 4/10, chicken was obviously the cheap birdseye type stuff that you get 2 in a £1 pack, bun wasnt as hard as others have noted at least. Bbq sauce was piss weak and what I assume were onions were tasteless.

One and done for me. Food at Palace shat all over our offering tbh.

Yep, Palace was decent.

Jr had TW8 Sausage Roll and was not at all impressed...wanted a Hot Dog but not available in West? I tried a little and it was OK but not worth whatever I paid...maybe 5/10.

I had the Balti Pie and it was the best thing I've tried so far...a bit dry (overcooked?) but tasty and relatively reasonable price...7/10.

The Philly Cheesesteak and Chilli Cheese Dog was given to the staff for free during the first half in the dugout as there ‘lunch’ The spares were offered out for free when walking in at half time . Would of felt mugged if I spent £12 on that

So tonight tried out the Dugout and the samosas. They were lovely, even my better half approved and she can be really critical of poor Punjabi food.
Hopefully they will get their concession extended and be able to spread out to the west and/or north stand.

Was actually impressed by the whole dugout setup. May be looking at a ST upgrade next season…if there are any seats available!!!!

West stand NO FOOD at half time despite joining queue few mins before end of 1st half. Rubbish from the club. Surely with a new stadium we would rather over buy than under

Did u try both upper and lower concourses? When we arrived the outlets on the lower level were besieged...we trotted up to the upper level and walked straight to the counter. Would not be surprised if they ran out quicker downstairs.

No because half time is only 15 minutes and we wasnt told there was nothing left until we got to the front of the queue, which took around 15 mins

Are there any preparation and cooking facilities at any of the kiosks for items such as burgers? Anyone notice?

Not really. You want to sell out rather than throw away....
As a general rule, yes, but only after they've staged a few games and can begin to guage demand.

For the Arsenal game, me and my mate got into the West a good half hour before kick-off (maybe a tad earlier?).

There was no beer left (bar bottles of non-alcoholic Heineken), so we both had to make do with Cider, which neither of us usually drinks. And at half time it was no better.

For Brighton, we'll be having our pre-match drinks in the pub. And I doubt we'll wait around after the game has finished for a swifty in the stadium, either.

FFS there's a 2nd concourse?? First time in North so had no idea. No wonder it felt cramped downstairs and everything ran out.

Can also vouch for the Samosas, very very good. No Vegan Pies in the Dugout but had a Vegan Sausage roll which was nice too, albeit a bit greasy.

Five minutes before half time in North Stand my daughter wanted something to eat so popped to get something. Queued 10 minutes and food stand was empty, just drinks. Nothing. Not a sasuage (or anything) Said to staff member what can they do, they asked what I wanted and went off to other concession for me, came back and said they had sold out too. It's not on, they need to sort this out! All the staff and multiple stands and get out early and still can't spend my money with club and feed my kids. Not happy, bit of a shambles!! Always managed food at half time at Griffin Park.

PhilE's response was to someone stating food ran out in the West stand, which definitely has an upper concourse. I've not been in the North but assumed it only has the one concourse.

Me and my daughter managed to get a chicken Balti pie each at half time in the west stand. Not as good as the pukka chicken Balti but still a nice pie.

West Stand season ticket but got a Dug Out for last night.
I demand Samosas for us plebs. Surely they get expanded to the other stands sooner rather than later.
Has a Peroni draught and it was pretty poor, think I'll get a bottle next time.

Samosas, no queues and lanyards are only for the cool kids in The Dug Out. The rest of you will get what you deserve, floodlights blinding you, pixelated screens, no food, cold Bitter and warm lager and long queues. #Dugouttheplacetobee

I went to West Ham v Leicester on Monday as I was working in the area and managed to find some cheap hospitality tickets on 'P1 Travel' website just a few hours before kick off.

I was in the 'Academy Lounge'. Was quite nice but they only served food before the match (I tried to order at HT and as told no food was available apart from Maltesers or crisps). The only 2 options pre-match were a burger or a pie and mash and prices were similar to in The Legends lounge but the food in our lounge looks much better.

I don't mind paying £9-£12 every other week for a meal in the stadium if the food is decent and to be fair the Philly cheesesteak, fish finger sandwich and lamb kofta ive had so far have all been nice.

I was going to get a drink at 1/2 time but didn't fancy the queue on the councourse . How do you get to the higher level one as there was no-one there?

One of the staircases leads there...trial and error did it for us but I think it is mentioned on here somewhere. Signage, as mentioned, could be better.

Signage in the North Stand is very clear. Not a problem at all.

I'm really not sure why the signage is seen as such a problem in the West stand, admittedly I've only entered though entrance M but it was pretty straight forward and just followed the signs towards W231 and the adjacent blocks. To find your way to the upper concourse follow the signs to anything starting W2xx.
