Yeah keep walking down the road past the Dug Out and South Stand entrances then round the corner and gates N and M are there. You can use either entrance. Gate N normally has a bigger queueI agree , DO was chap central on saturday too !

Service in North stand was poor. No one looking up and saying “can I help you?”
I get that they are on a low wage but it’s not difficult. Got to the front of the queue to be told “ the terminals not working” so had to go to the other window. Eventually got my cup of tea and they couldn’t find any milk sachets. No excuses, it’s a poor presentation of what should be a very simple process!

First time I'd bought food. North Stand, half time. Quality no better or worse than expected, but I was happy enough just to get served in time to get back to my seat in good time for the second half. Not sure if I'd have had enough time for a pee as well though.

Well as I posted earlier that was exactly the opposite of my experience in the North Stand. Quick efficient friendly and polite. Girl about 17 served me and a black lad about 20 took payment. Nearest kiosk to N123.

My issue with North stand is not the service, which has been absolutely fine. As helpful as you would hope for. My issue is the dire quality of the food on offer. After the criminally bad cremated Chickenburger, I thought I would try the Lamb Shwarma. Absolutely appalling. Brentford have lost me to meal-deal Sainburies. At least that is decent value with actual food content. I should have read GPG and tried the Balti Pie instead !!!

A few of our Legends crowd went into the Dugout after the Chelsea games to meet up with some fellow bees mates. All of us were very impressed with the number food options available. Far more options on offer and better than the Legends.

But it’s not going to increase match day revenue if the food is basically inedible. That will simply result in custom being taken elsewhere, including for the beer on offer. Hopefully someone in catering operations is reviewing this thread, and intends to makesome adjustments. The limited fare at Griffin Park was far superior.

I think it depends on how the heat lamps have been set- I’ve had both those in the West Stand and they’ve been perfectly good, better than most stadium catering and certainly better than anything I had the misfortune of eating at GP.
After Chelsea I for the first time had one of the famous burgers at the Griffin. It was decent, onions a bit raw and meat somewhat indeterminate in origin notwithstanding.

Every game I tell myself im not going to have a beer at half time as it is purely awful. Friend got me one this half time, both had 1 sip and gagged on it.
How does a beer being brewed just down the road taste so bad.

I have to get out more, didn't think coffee bags were a thing. Well it certainly makes for an interesting cup of coffee; despite my best efforts it tasted nothing more than hot water with milk and £2.50 for the experience.

Until something changes dramatically that’s the last food I’ll buy in the Legends. Tried the Southern Fried chicken wrap. Just warm as were the potatoes , tasted crap. My bad as I was expecting a crispy chicken coating, but of course wrapped in a wrap, I guess I should have known it would be soggy. I couldn’t even give one half of it away
I’m sure I’ll get a feedback request in the week from the club as I do after every home game. But as usual I won’t get any response to it as I haven’t from any I’ve replied to. I did notice there are less people eating there and I was the only one of our group as the others have given up. On the positive side at least the Pride wasn’t ice cold.

So the wife and younger son go off to buy one.
They get to the counter and young girl says what can I get you and a voice behind says we are closed.
And that was that.
Drinks were there, but no one can have one.
So a 7 year old wants a drink and he can't get one on 50 minutes of play.

Was just about to say the same thing, was absolutely rancid yesterday, thought first pint might have simply been a one-off but made the mistake of buying another and was flat and sour.

A similar experience with my son and I: 2 Pride's and the second tasted completely different to the first, both too cold and too fizzy as well.

Have tried most of the food options & sad to say the best by a country mile is the Samosa's, Not only the food but the customer service, The sad part here is they are a small franchise allowed only in certain areas. Bit like us on the pitch, small club showing the big boys how to do it.

I'm at a loss as to where this has gone. I just stated that they only had sugar free soft drinks and reason for not wanting one. Then the London Pride response, which I thought was quite funny. The rest seem odd to me, at no point was I critical of the club or facilities just a preference.
