Believe that a fraud case is underway (unsurprisingly). A quick google shows that he hasn't turned-up to court as only God can judge him

Questioned s he knows some people although not involved or something. Seems like a typical newspaper trying to use his name to build up a story before saying actually its not even him.

it's five weeks old, and it's the story that's led to Benzema getting in trouble - BBC had a whole bit last week about Benzema's place at Euro 2016 being under real threat as a result. Cisse does appear to have been exonerated in the meantime.

I actually quite admire Oldham and their approach to rehabilitation of players in these circumstances. Its bold but arguably more positive and progressive than the media driven "cast them to hell" approach.

Seems like a reasonable punishment to be fair. The judge also refused to defer which means he could miss the end of season parades, jollies and trip to Thailand....
