Bring on these big time Charlie's from the premier league anytime to little on Brentford. The glory days are over for these ex Champions league so called big clubs, owned by foreign crooks. Our glory days maybe just around the corner, with the owner an English Bees supporter.
There are lots of English crooks involved in club ownership also. The nationality is of no interest simply the principles that the owner instils and follows. English history does not support a superior view of our principles.

I was talking to someone yesterday who married into a Leeds supporting family. Apparently they reckon that Leeds deliberately miss out on promotion each year in order to keep their players' salaries down! Needless to say they were not happy with Monday's result.

I liked it because that is funny, the Leeds DOF was crying in the Directors box on Monday as the final whistle went so try telling him that they are deliberately losing. They have to get into the Premier League as that is where the money they need to stay afloat is, they are losing huge amounts in the Championship.

I think they will implode if they don’t go up.

It’s sh*t or bust this season and they will lose their manager and best players this summer even if they manage to avoid being sold.

It's certainly sh*t or bust for the owner and his DoF. If they don't go up then they have to sell-up as they are unable to fund another season in the Championship. Imagine being a chancer and that close to being rich beyond your wildest dreams and then losing at Griffin Park....

If that's an expensively assembled side then someone has ****ed up recruitment big time.

I'm not so certain it is an expensively assembled squad, but they certainly didn't look like Champions of Europe did they?

They glossed over it, showed the replay and Don Goodman was too busy telling us about the history of Ollie/Leeds and penalties that they failed to mention Forshaw did actually tread on Watkins foot
An obvious penalty when you see it played back. Terrible decision.

Another season for Leeds in the championship, another season when Sky show almost all of their games and their commentators drone on about a giant of the English game. Apart from a 10 year spell from the mid 60s and another debt-fuelled period in the 90s, Leed's history is one of consistent mediocrity. They're not even the best team in Yorkshire. All this rubbish does is fuel their supporters delusions and make all their rivals desperate to beat them.

Am I correct, or mis-remembering that Bradford, now of Div 4, were in the top division since Leeds were last there?

I think we will get televised more once at LR. The ease of set up and comms has got to play a part and they will want to show the new ground etc. Still probably against Leeds though.

It was great singing 'You'll be playing here next year' when they were 2-0 down at GP. Brings a smile to my face knowing it has come to pass. A mid league bunch of has beens

I hate them them but that’s slightly harsh. There’s a lot of young players in that squad and Bielsa’s done better with them than could’ve been reasonably expected
