I know it’s a little while away but how are the club going to allocate tickets for this fixture ,.as I asked this morning and the reply wasn’t very helpful . Being the amount going to be available due to building works being the reason for posting this thread so come on B F C explain your format for this dilemma ??

We'll be given under 2,000 tickets.
These will be offered to the people with the most loyalty points.
I'm not bothered about going there this season as there are better
away games with more allocation.

How else are you going to sell 1970 tickets? A free for all? A Raffle?

It’ll be on TAPs. One per ST holder. Just sell them ASAP once the Club knows the number.

So for example 5000 season ticket holders and seventeen hundred available tickets up for grabs meaning 3300 unecessary phone calls I’d call that a problem vetting those with the most taps wouldn’t you w/p

What problem?!

First 1000 (or how ever many) with 4000 TAPs get first dibs. Then those over 3500 TAPs. Etc etc.whats the issue?

If the ST holders haven’t enough TAPs, then don’t call the Club! Easy really...

This was duscussed on the Fulham thread
The end section P7 is shut
So its under 2000 seats
Simple
ST Holders by TAP
No mates
1 each
Simple

5000 ticket holders who build up loyalty/tap points by buying their away tickets properly, and home cup games.
Those who have built up more loyalty points get first dibs, its really that simple.
Just being a season ticket holder doesnt give you priority for a small allocation at an away game, why arent we taking 5000 every away game then ?

As long as the club:

  • Sell to the highest TAPs first and work down in order of TAPs
  • Be clear how many people fall into each category
  • Be clear about which block the tickets are being sold to and in which order
  • Restrict to one per person with no mates
  • Ensure that everyone has the correct number of TAPs in the database
  • Make it clear what day/match the TAP cut off point is.

Then everything should be fine!

I'm sure there must be some Bees fans that are registered with FFC, so can get tickets that way.

I know that people have issues with the ticketing system but is this BFC's fault? Or are you just moaning about something we have no control over?

My son and I were in the neutral section last time around as he didn’t have enough TAP, along with a hundred or so other bees. Have no problem doing the same again. Needs must.
In fact, the more bees in the home end the better. Brentford takeover. Hello ken

No neutral end this time, they've moved the home fans from the riverside there whilst it gets redeveloped.

.....15/02/20.....they play Barnsley at home.....i'd be surprised if FFC did'nt sell tickets to neutrals/ first timers/not on database for this game.....but i guess the question remains where they will be seated.

From what I saw on the TV highlights there looked like quite a lot of Leeds fans in there at the weekend.
....they manage to get tickets for every away end....they are the masters of away end ticket purchasing.

Out of interest how many bees fans know how many taps points they have . Is there a thread somewhere you can check with or do you have to ring the club to find out .perhaps the gpg could help with a chart w/p ?

All your posts imply that you may not qualify with sufficient TAPs for a ticket??!!

Thought I'd just point out our allocation there in number, is more than theirs here. Just saying. By TAPs obviously this time.

It cant be on the Sunday as we have West Brom on Tues 17th

Could be Fri night or Sat 1230

BUT these are the other games

Sheff Wed v Nottm Forest
Huddersfield v Wigan
Hull v Charlton
Fulham v Brentford
QPR v Barnsley
Blackburn v Bristol C
Reading v Stoke
Luton v Preston
Middlesbrough v Swansea
Millwall v Derby
West Brom v Birmingham
Cardiff v Leeds

So there is no guarantee we will be chosen

Also QPR v Fulham is on the following weekend

They wont pick both of the matches for Sky

This is due to the freeze for the new stadium, why can't we have two TAP fields. Oh yes sh*t ticketing system.

From what l can gather they've split the stand 50/50 away/neutral looked to be plenty of leeds there. On a personal note since the 4-1 drubbing we have bought neutral last couple of games so mates can be together walked into Bee's section no problem. They might have tightened up regards purchasing and allotted seating ;) but could be worth a try for those without enough TAPS . Downside though you'll be on their mailing list as they bombard you with emails as they still can't fill there three sided ground.rofl

Probably because he goes inside the away ground and watching the match.

(plus Kurt bribed him to keep quiet about the gantry and ticketing system - and TAPS are convertible currency, but you know that already)

Those STH's who have done most of the away games consistently will be over 6,000...

No that is not correct

All the Riverside ST Holders have been moved to Putney P1 to P4

No neutral section at all

Noone can buy any seat in Putney End through Fulham unless their Ticket resell is used

P7 is shut as it is near the building site

So its only P5 and P6 for away

Leeds fans had bought from Fulham ST holders reselling

Seemed to be plenty of Leeds fans in the old neutral section on Saturday.

My points have increased after I attend a game, even though I have a season ticket.
