I received 1 out of 2 STs this morning, unfortunately while the envelope was addressed to me the ST and covering letter inside was for someone else! This is very frustrating and I await the response to my email from the ticket office but if anyone is expecting a junior West Stand ST in the name of O'Brien, I have it.
Update, my daughter’s ST arrived with a covering letter signed by Sergi which she was very pleased but no sign of mine 😞

There shouldn't be a queue if fans email the ticket office as they have indicated.

There shouldn’t have been a need to send an email in the first place.

I emailed re an upgrade of ticket. No reply, 72 hours later.

I decided to say, “no, sorry”, to the one who wanted to come and stuck it on the exchange instead.

At least it’s there for any member to buy now*.

* that’s if the system has worked as it should….

Would end up with duplicate tickets for most then though......
And I'm sure our ticket site isn't sophisticated enough to cope with a situation like that.....
Unfortunately, for every print at home allowed, the ST access would need to be disabled, in case it turned up before Friday.....
But you wouldn’t print at home if you had your season ticket? System knows when you have printed it by the way.

Would the ST access really need to be disabled? There is only one seat to sit in. Not like there are any spare seats free to sit in if it’s a sellout game.

I assume once they've issued Print at Home/digital ticket, you will have to use that. So if it does turn up before they get back to you, just reply to the email saying yours is sorted

Mine arrived Monday but started to worry about junior's. However, that has just arrived as well. Junior ones are in an A4 jiffy bags, not an A5 paper envelope, so perhaps that accounts for the different arrival time - don't know.
Ditto here. Mine arrived fine but my sons only arrived today. A4 so likely longer to post?

Still no kids tickets!! :banghead:

Sent email requesting paper tickets for both missing. Will try and phone if nothing received tomorrow. The whole thing is hit and miss, daughter received email about junior tickets being sent out, my son didn't. If kids delay is because they've got bigger packs is also ridiculous, we just wanted our season tickets!!

Also got a job to do, and don't need this hassle.

they are using the same company as us, at least it is pleasing to see the percentages of yes have gone up.

Your Reading supporting friend got someone else’s Bees Season Ticket? I’ve heard it all now.

It comes in a much larger envelope with a letter card and one of those neckerchief things they got a couple of years ago which could have been put in a small envelope tbh.
Unless they ran out of course.

There's no doubt it is but there is a clear directive on what to do by the end of play today and that's email the club.
Agree but an updated auto reply needed to be done. Being told they’ll be in touch within 72 hours when the match is before that is ludicrous.

Our two arrived yesterday. If you print at home is that not just a different method of authentication for your season ticket, I.e. it shouldn't matter that you have both as each authenticates access to the same seat?

Lets be clear about this, the club have left this so late that it was inevitable that this was going to happen.

Mine has arrived. No idea why it's come with a lanyard though. Don't need one of those thanks.

No snazy wallet in mine either. Suppose I got a lanyard instead
Probably ran out of wallets

Season ticket won’t work though? They deactivate for one game after issuing paper ticket. Same as ticket exchange

dont be silly, imagine how practical it would have been to get a wallet to keep it in. Far better to wear a lanyard at football, only discussing the other day with myself about the huge amounts of people you see on the terrace with a lanyard nowadays !!

Re the upgrade of kids tickets, I sent an email last Monday (2nd) August and got a phone call back from the club on Saturday whilst on way to the Valencia game. The automatic response you get to an email which has a bunch of bullet points on it does state that if email is in relation to upgrade the club will ring you back to do. I appreciate you're very close to Friday night though....

Exactly.
That was my point to the question:
"Why couldn't they just allow print at home access to all ST holders?".........
