Reply recieved and unfortunately Sally can't look in to the relevant details so my email has been forwarded to the box office.
If nothing done by Tuesday then a ticket for Liverpool will be emailed.

Let's see what happens next.

An old mate of ours had ‘SH1T ON FULHAM’ tattooed on his arse. Would probably have to say ‘Hello Fulham, have a lovely day’ or something *these days*.

Nothing till after the Liverpool game I have been informed as a delivery is expected next week.
Season ticket will be sent week commencing 27th September.
An email has been sent with the Liverpool ticket attached.
So the reason there so late is they've run out of cards to print and are awaiting delivery
Just spoke to a guy in the ticket office (didn't get name) who was superb sorted my Oldham and Liverpool tickets and arranged refund of £2.50 postage for Oldham tickets.
He stated NO home tickets are avaliable for delivery they are all print at home only. Only away tickets posted I did point out they need to remove the option to pay for postage on the home ones then....
As posted above will we receive season tickets before Leeds.........

Running out of cards is now the technical issue.
I like that one.
I will use that one myself.
Will we receive STs before Leeds?
I hope so, but it doesn't look certain.
Mine is being posted week commencing next Monday.
That is a safe bet as it now doesn't have to be posted until whenever.

Email sent out regarding membership packs on the 10th

Thank you for purchasing your Membership and apologies that you have not received your Welcome Pack yet.
We were hoping to dispatch all packs for Memberships bought on 27 July or earlier, ahead of Saturday's game. However, due to ongoing supplier issues, these have been delayed and should now be sent next week. The remaining packs for those who bought after 27 July will be sent next month

The first 10,000 packs are being sent out this week (likely to be in batches) but we’ve had to reorder some new packs for those people that bought after 27 July and those will be going out next month. Apologies for the delay.

Bought mine on 6th July and I still haven’t had zilch….

So the latest on the saga.....
They rang my daughter who is the contact info for my grandsons s/t (I work nights so they may have tried to ring me when I was in bed) to ask for my address they have mine being correct Road name but in DERBY???? when I'm actually in Southampton..... how can that happen ???
On my online ticketing account its all correct I've ordered away wolves/villa tickets always arrive OK I've ordered from the club shop recently that's arrived ok
Anyway my daughter gave them the correct address "THEY WILL BE IN THE POST SHORTLY" we'll see....

I wrote on the 7th September how excited I was to receive my Dugout card & lanyard. Had to miss the Brighton game so Liverpool was my first chance to use it.
Can you believe it - refused entry!!! F..ing card didn't work. Marched with security to the reception, who although very busy, were brilliant & took me to my seat. Now got the almost impossible task of contacting the ticket office (tried twice already with 2 x 10 min waits) to try to resolve the problem. When will it all come right I wonder?
Apart from that what a fab game & huge congrats to TF & all who plyaed their hearts out. What a shame the ticketing lets our club down so badly.

October tomorrow.
Will it arrive before Chelsea?
I will laugh if it does, but I am ready to send email requesting a paper ticket this time next week.

Makes you wonder how the system allows them to issue duplicate cards (at same point in time)? Would understand if they cancelled and reissued.

We got an email to say one is on its way and I guess it will eventually turn up.

How is this happening and how are people still waiting at the start of October?

Not good enough. You would like to think there would be a voucher for the club shop thrown in or something for those still waiting.

I got more chances of extra tickets for Norwich at home.

Grandsons s/t srill not arrived even though we both received e-mail the same day saying there on there way ill give it till Friday then another call to the ticket office

Apparently it's not just us hoi polloi that are having problems getting a season card. A certain owner only got his very recently 😄

I suppose that’s a modern day equivalent of “Family Hold Back“ ! Clearly showed great restraint in not contributing to this thread during his long wait !

To be fair, to comment publicly on here would be to admit that his multi-million pound business is employing a woefully inept and out of its depth off-field operation that‘s overseen fiasco after fiasco after fiasco. That ain’t a good look 😐

I‘d prefer him to continue to focus on our incredible, unprecedented on-field success (which is the essence of the club of course) and (hope) that a sentient adult is gripping the issues that have affected the relationship between the club and its fans on a number of issues. An effective, proactive and engaged Fans Relations Director would be a start, but I’ve given up on that idea so I’m hoping Mr Varney has it all under close supervision now.

Just got to keep fingers crossed that at least 1 of the 2 cards in my name works OK (and will need to speak to ticket office because they clearly have me registered twice on there system what chance me losing all my taps in the process)

Keep a record of your Taps after every game just to prove you have what you have.
