No. My point was they seem to be sanctioning handing ST over to a mate rather than using the exchange. I'm not complaining, just wondering if it is an official change of policy.

Son's ST arrived this morning, just got to wait for my Valencia programme to arrive now.
You're not untouchable I fear, that IS a scam. If you used a card online to pay those amounts you better check your account and get it replaced pronto. You was vulnerable and in a panic....just what "they " want.
They'll take a few small bites...then hit you hard. Hope I'm wrong, but it's rife at moment.

They stopped selling STs 4 months ago left it far too late to start sending them out and then most of the staff get covid and put them under pressure.Very poor management.

They say they posted them out on Friday, the postman has just f***ed off without my st.despite the promise of a paper ticket, this is a poor show by the club. Just so last minute, and not for the 1st time.
Looks like it’s being done in a case by case basis. I emailed them last Wed to say unsure if can obtain season ticket (sent to old address). They’ve unlocked the print at home option which also has QR code for smartphone. Should have just done the same for everyone?
