You can't polish a turd. Yes there are a few things we can petition to get changed but on the whole the system needs to be binned.Hang on. Tickets haven't been sold in anger for 18 months and we've not progressed an inch.
Ticket site was a farce before the first lockdown & it's still in the same condition.
There has been 18 months to sort this out & nobody has sorted it

That should be this week OR you could also read it as next week. Do we know where the packs are being posted from? Hopefully, from somewhere in the UK.The e.mail from the club sent to season ticket holders on the 6th July states that the welcome pack,including season ticket card will be sent out in the week prior to the Arsenal game.
indeed , if they have them start sending themDoes seem strange why it needs to be so late, other teams seems to have sent their out. I assumed it was waiting for confirmation that there will not be covid restrictions and then send out. That was confirmed a while back now.

Look, like a lot of Bees fans I didn’t really even begin to relax until 85 minutes into the PO final and not properly until we were well into time added on. Like @BudleighBee I have a long journey in to the Arsenal game (200 miles, I need to set off by noon to avoid rush hour traffic to check in to my hotel etc) and want to have my ST in hand. Of course it’ll probably be OK but it isn’t too strange to worry until it definitely is!Understand where you're coming from mate. Long commute and all that... Maybe cut our club a bit of slack? We are in a major transitional phase across every department and this was addressed by the CEO in an open letter.. I'm pretty sure that these issues will be pretty swiftly ironed out by the best run club in the professional leagues. Yourself and every other supporter who has bought a ticket will get in, relax.
That's your QR code which is used to scan for entry, they are both the same although I don't know why one is turned at a 90 degree angle to the other?OK....I have printed an A4 ticket out,or my other half has. What are the 2 black squares and are they meant to be identical?

It's been said hundreds of times over on here - the ticket office staff are superb if you can get through to them or see them in person. The guy yesterday was covering - Jamal. Great service even though he looked completely shattered!Thank you - this is helpful and good news.
Without diminishing your post, it’s effin’ ridiculous that the Club has not said publicly to its paying customers that the STs will be sent out on Friday, and we find this out via a private message board that a “bloke in [in the] box office told” someone else this

I’m not saying that the club IS waiting a component of a welcome pack, but let’s just imagine that is the case. Wouldn’t that just be madness. Am sure supporters received all the goodies they will ever ever need on May 29th, and will be consuming them for evermore. Thank you wonderful club and all who sail in you. rang the ticket office at bang on 10 this morning to see if I could collect my ST today, tomorrow, Friday as I am away Saturday till 3.00pm Friday - do not want to take the chance that a postal delay causes my ST not to be deivered in time for the game.
At 10.00am I was told I was in position 3, at 10.27 I was told I was in position 2, at 10.34 I was told I was in position 1. - At 10.38.07 I was told the ticket office was experiencing a high volume of calls and to leave a message or send an email and a reply should be made within 48 hours - the phone line then cut off.
a total and utter shambles of an organisation - on the playing side we are Premier League, on ticketing an fan communication we are somewhere below the old Isthmian League - it is a crying shame that all the excellent work achieved is overshadowed by the ST / Ticketing fiasco.
if 5% of ST’s get delayed in the post,(and some will even if not 5%) that would mean something like up to 500 people clambering around the ticket office on Friday 13th trying to get a paper ticket printed so they can get in ?
would be no point in calling the ticket office on August 12th or 13th because you might hang on for 38 minutes and then be told send an email and get cut off.
No, but I would wait for the email to be answered. It's not an urgent query that has to be answered today. The Box Office is clearly under strain given the requirement to self-isolate and it's clear the telephony system isn't up to scratch. So I wouldn't waste my time (and potentially there's) unless it's urgent.Because I had a question that had not been answered from an email 2 days before.
Was rather hoping they could offer a collection service for reason stated in my post.
