But I was embarrassed when I took my daughters to GP. The days are well gone since it was reasonable to stand in 2 inches of god knows what in the New Road loos.
I always insisted my kids went to the toilet before leaving home to try and minimise having to submit them to those horrors.

This is like “what’s in the old mans bag?” that Bob Mills used to do.

Yes....but stayed in Griffin to be with a mate who I offered my ticket to. I didnt fancy walking all the way round to East Stand sitting in first row. Also I thought I may see better in pub. I didnt but was an emotional time being next to GP and a good mate in a pub full of memories.
I pity you mori. And at the same time that ticket not being put to a good use is a bit of a p**s take for the fans that wanted to be there (dont take that personally).

You harp on about history. GP was our history and LR is our future history. To dismiss the new ground does a disservice to the old. They are intertwined in our great history and tradition.......... LR has already witnessed one of our greatest comebacks.

If you love the Bees as much as it seems like you do then i strongly recommend you get down to LR. I guarantee you a large smile will creep over your face as you step up into the ground to take your seat..................... It certainly happened to me.

Not harping about anything. The ticket was my ticket.

Could have been someone else’s ticket if you hadn’t wasted it.
Probably 5,000 Bees fans couldn’t get to see the that HISTORIC game who desperately wanted to and you sat in The Griffin with an unused ticket.
Enough sympathy, that’s just so poor (and I’ve just re-written a much stronger reaction).

I agree. It's incredibly selfish behaviour.

At a loss what you are on about but it's eloquent. I just purchased my Valencia ticket but doesn't mean I will be able to make it

You had a ticket for a truly truly historical game ie. a game that gave us a chance to get through a first ever championship play off final and a chance for many to experience our new stadium for the first time. Because of those 2 pieces of history, thousands off Bees fans wanted to go but could not get tickets. You had a ticket but decided not to use it thereby depriving someone else the opportunity to experience that history.
That’s poor in my book.

My ticket,my history,my emotions and my difficulties. So mind your own business.

What a sh*t attitude to have to fellow supporters who would’ve loved to have made that AFCB match.

What a selfish person you are.

Mind your own business. I dont have to and can't explain certain things.

I’m not surprised. Your whole attitude to Brentford FC is a complete mystery. Your rantings are somewhat garbled. This ticket issue just about sums you up……

Although in this case I actually agree with you, there's a first, you'll be talking to yourself soon if you ignore many more of us.
