Just been thinking I cannot remember Peter G not doing a home game.
Has he an understudy in case he loses his voice ?

The frozen abandoned match at half-time, didn't Helen Chamberlain do the PA that day?

PG has missed a few over the years. Don't you remember the Torquay supporting Soccer AM presenter Helen Chamberlain taking over the mic for one or two matches?

Only man who really knows is PG himself.

George Sands did over 1,000 consecutive games for the Chronichle which would take some beating.

In 1994/95 Season, he missed 2 successive Home games: Sat.14 Jan - BFC 0 v 0 Swansea and Sat.28 Jan - BFC 6 v 0 Cambridge Utd.

I can remember a few going back longer - was it Eric White who stood in? [But they were probably when he did it from the Big B Radio box rather than pitch-side, I've no idea whe it would have been... early/mid 80s?]
