How many times has Dalsgaard been written off by some on here over the last couple of seasons .. but each time he’s come back and proved the doubters wrong!
Will we see him again? .. I have no idea but probably the best RB we’ve had since being in the Championship in my opinion.
His ability to win the ball in the air puts him above Colin and Odubaju.

What I meant in my post was ... yes we may have seen him for the last time (sadly) ... but in the past when he was written off as not good enough, he came back and put in some great performances.
Both him and Maxi Colin have/were brilliant for us

Did he have an appearance clause that triggered another year or something? Or is he legitimately injured?

Personally, I think he's our best ever and he's got milage left in him, but he might feel english football takes to much out of him after years of playing at high intensity and I would bow to his knowledge. A big loss. There's definitely nobody in the squad quite as good.

If they prefer not to notify opponents, that’s fine with me.

Hardly matters if someone’s out for the season, does it?

Communication from the club is rubbish. They haven’t even announced that Baptiste is injured yet!!

And if a B team player is out for six months it‘s not exactly confidential for fear of other teams finding out, is it?

The players themselves might not want to share information about the nature and extent of their injuries.

Yes - telling the watching world that a player out of contract soon has x injury does not help that players chances of getting his next contract.

Don't post much now due to the negativity taking the fun out of being BFC.

However if we don't see Henrik again in a BFC shirt, I would like to express my thanks to whoever secured his signing and to Henrik himself for being a big part of my enjoyment of watching BFC in the Championship.

To all the idiots who abused him on FB, when he had a rare off day, I know you won't change your lack of loyalty to players, but for me I will always be a loyal supporter of his consistent performances.

I really hope we could give him a good send off, if it is his season over.

Best send off would be to win the playoffs.

Absolutely.
One of the major (BFC) downsides of all this will be the inability to give players like Henrik the send off(s) they deserve. As I'm sure there'll be others we won't see in the Red and White stripes again after this season...
Hopefully we'll get the chance to do something in a full house at LR at the start of next season......

Agree with all that he’s been a good solid player for us as well as being a regular starter in a very good Denmark side..

That's the spirit! Let's find any opportunity to bash the club and what's going on around here. How much would you like to know?

Spot on Ace.

Over 150 games for us and a major part of our progression from a top half Championship team to genuine PL contenders.

As always, there are some so called BFC fans that couldn’t wait to dole out the hate when things weren’t going right. They’re the same ones who pop up on Twitter to abuse Canos.

HD has been a good servant to BFC over the last 4 years, rightly earned his place in the Danish World Cup team and he’ll undoubtedly be fondly remembered by most BFC fans.

He spoke about it here. On the Club website. What more do you want?

How many other BFC players have represented their country in the WC finals? Any?

Henrik has been an excellent player for us. Must admit when he first joined I thought he was a step down from Colin but he's got better and better despite his age. Last couple of years he's been one of our best and most consistent players and also one of the few leaders in the group.

I imagine there's a family agreement to return to Denmark that will be his decision.

I think if he was happy to stay he has a massive influence in the squad, even if not playing his leadership and professionalism is massive, both Mads and Stevens could learn so much from him.

I'm pretty sure we'd be happy as a club for him to stay for another year so if he is moving on then it's very likely to be the player's choice..

MOM for me today. Defending giant, very professional, good crossing and nearly scored a header. That tackle on the edge of our box, superb.

His name translates as Valley Gardens.

Loosely.

Not sure that helps...

Proper pro and his experienced really came through today. Lost count of the amount of times he won his 1-2-1 dual with the ball in the air.

His experience told today. Played well. Looking at his shooting though - there’s a reason he’s a defender. 👀

Played well. For an experienced defender his shooting was very poor decision making.
