All Season Ticket Holders (and Premium Seat Purchasers) will be sent a code to access iFollow "early next week".

The club stated: "the deadline to pay for Season Tickets was 31 August and only those paid in full by this date will be considered as Season Ticket Holders for the 2020/21 season". However we have heard that this deadline has been extended by a month, although there has been no confirmation of this by the club on their website.

EDIT: If you have not purchased a season ticket or a "posh seat" then you can buy a "matchday pass" for this game for £10.

Forgot to say. There is a (ahem) very special guest on iFollow for this match. So a record attendance is expected!

My iFollow is currently working fine via the new app on my paid for audio subscription. I have no idea how I will apply the new code I will receive in order to receive video coverage as the subscription tab on the app tells me to visit my iFollow site whatever that may be.

Probably like last season, you will input your code by a specific URL provided by the club which will link video access for the Huddersfield match to your account.

If you have not purchased a season ticket or a "posh seat" then there is no indication if you can buy a "matchday pass" for this game. If they become available then the price is expected to be £10.
Thanks. Read it now. It would seem a bit daft were they not to become available? Presumably the club benefits financially from the tenners, people get to see the game, win win surely? Where as no £10 stream is lose lose. Or are there some sort of silly legal technicalities maybe?

DON'T PANIC!!!!. You're in the same position as 11,000 other people. And there's about week before the match. And the club said that it would send out codes "early next week". I except that it will come with instructions.

It's a 3pm match so there are League Rules about that sort of thing. No doubt we will find out in the coming few days...
I thought it had been stated that all games would be available on this basis. Has that now changed? Given no-one is attending any games why would it make a difference that it is a 3pm ko? Members should be allowed to access all games based on a fee!

You are correct, I should have read my own thread!
  • Other supporters will be able to watch the above games for £10 per match
I have updated the first post of this thread.

Apologises if this covered elsewhere. If so the tech dinasour can not find it.

Have held a ST for more years than I can remember at GP and have paid in full for my ST at new stadium.

Should I have received an email from the club giving me a code to watch all games, home and away (maybe just home?) on IFollow until such
time we can actually attend games at new stadium ??

Thanks to whoever out there can confirm what should be in advance

A code to watch the Huddersfield game on iFollow will be sent out in the next day or so.

Make sure the email address on your iFollow account matches the email address on your ticketing account

What happens re IFollow codes for the rest of the season depends on what type of ST you have. If it’s a premium season ticket, you’ll get iFollow codes for every home game and midweek away games in due course.

If you have a general admission season ticket, the club had planned on bending you over and screwing you royally but thanks to the good people of BIAS and the GPG, something more realistic should be announced later this week.

Thank you - I did receive the code for end of last season no problem so have to assume the correct e.mail address is on file for my account.

A ST is a ST no matter where you sit in my mind, so can only assume the difference is because premium paid more
and are therefore a class above us - However, in BIAS I trust !

And I think all midweek games will be on SKY red button ?

Email address alignment is not necessary for this match. That is only for matches on Sky as the club will send your ticketing email address to the EFL to get the code for those matches.

The EFL will automatically activate it for me, which of course will work.

Hobbsy, I know you are rather good at this stuff but I am now a little confused.

i cancelled my IFollow account mid last season as it was running month to month and had been for years as I used it when living in the USA - checking my bank statement one day I realised I had not cancelled it and did so.

The Huddersfield game this Saturday is not on SKY so I will need a code to access IFollow ?

I probably have this all wrong, if you have the time to give me a quick call on 07774 812847 and teach
an old dog a new trick that would be a great help 🙏

You will need a code. If you are a STH you will be sent one later this week. If you are not a STHer then you can purchase an iFollow matchday pass for £10. You don't need a phone call

My code still hasn't arrived......
I'm assuming that means I've got a ticket reserved for me to be one of the 1000 at the game......??......

I watched the video about how to access your code and, needless to say, it's an old video and my naviagation was DIFFERENT from the video. You can't make it up.

It's not easy to register anyway - it certainly NOT intuitive. And using an old video is the last thing that was needed. Thanks Brentford! 👿

Agreed. I’ve successfully added the code to my account but it did also require an up to date credit/debit card before it would confirm purchase of the video pass (notwithstanding that the cost was £0.00).

Yes I had the same issue. Which wasn't clearly pointed-out. I had to guess what the "Pay" button wasn't working.

On mobile, just click:

ifollow > subscribe > select the Huddersfield match > input credit card/debit card details > input voucher code below that > make sure amount payable is £0.00 > click ‘pay’

you will get a confirmation email once it’s done.

I've given them my card info but i'm not happy about it either.

Last season i just got a promo code and added it to my old beesplayer/ifollow acount which i had not used for years,it had no payment details and got access no problem.

Why do their need your card details when it is free?
