You have 2 options:

  1. Print off the code. Cut out each letter individually. Plant said letters in the middle of Gunnersbury Park. Water copiously. By the weekend, a beanstalk will have grown to sufficient height to allow you to climb it and have uninterrupted views over Lionel Road
  2. Read the thread. This has been explained many times over with detailed instructions.
Sarcasm?

What possible benefit is it to anyone to make this so complicated.
It's no different from buying something click-and-collect at Boots with a special offer code (other bricks and clicks retailers are available).

No, give the gunnersbury park thing a go 🤦‍♂️
I’ve been stood in this bastard park for 24 hours desperately waiting to see Mori with a shovel and a pair of scissors. £250 from Beadle here I come. 😂😂

Signed in registered the code as required, put all payment details and got confirmation of match pass, apart from they've still charged me £10

Oh well, it's gone to a good cause!

Before you "Pay", one needs to make sure that the Total is £0.00 (directly above the Pay button)

Can you download the Brentford app and watch it on iPad?

May be a stupid question, but I reminder having issues on iPad before with iFollow and giving up and using IPTV.

The advice last year was to use Chrome on an iPad.

I haven't seen anything to suggest that advice has changed, other than there is a dedicated ifollow app rather than BFC

I have had no issues watching games on the BFC app on iPad. Any issues seem to have been resolved since the app was updated.

I’m going to give the EFL iFollow app a go for the Huddersfield game tomorrow but will have IPTV as a back up.

The club are asking EFL Digital why credit card information is needed for zero payment.
Got a nice email from EFL confirming my purchase for 1 game at cost of £10 less a discount of £10 net payment of £0 taken from my debt card ending ****

Yes that's fine, although unnecessary. I had the same from PayPal.de which meant it converted my £0 into €0

My son and I have both got our codes... but we'll use them both so he doesn't need to get up early.

Just worth repeating (I know it's too late for you Gee Bee) that as it says on the screen, before you click on "Pay", you have to click on "Apply". Otherwise your discount won't be applied.

I’ve managed to get to the above screen, entered my code, it’s showing zero as amount to pay but in the credit card info box it’s stating that my card number is incomplete. It prompts me to input My card expiry date and cvc but when I do this and select ‘pay’ nothing happens and I can’t get to confirmation screen. Any help much appreciated

It doesn’t necessarily solve the card details issue but you could opt to ‘pay’ by PayPal which should work.

Thanks I’ve Just worked out what I’ve worked out what I did wrong now. I somehow managed to skip entering my card details and had only put in my expiry date and cvc. Appreciate the prompt response though

If anybody gets Twitter notifications from the club, I suggest turning them off before kick off, unless you want to be told of a clearance or a goal before seeing it on the feed

I input the code and didn't have to put in any card details. It showed £10 which then changed to £0. I think it went through OK but will start early today with the logging in. I have a prepaid debit card with about £10 on it which I use when card details are requested. I wouldn't use any of my normal cards.

Not sure if it will give a clue as to whether it worked for you or not but did you get a confirmation email from EFL Digital? I did albeit it went to my junk mail

Give them a chance. We’ve all had to learn somewhere. Hopefully they are aware that new technology needs mastering. (That’s as wise as I get on this subject. I’ve paid my tenner, but no bouncing ball. I’m more nervous than waiting for a playoff final).

You have to subscribe and add the code first before you can go to match centre

Got my promo code all seems to be fine but...I keep going round in a loop asking me to pay ,it’s deducted the £10 but is still asking for a credit card. I put it in earlier does that mean it’s already redeemed and can’t be used now ?
