Have you tried logging out and in again?? That is a common issue. Looks like you're logged in but you aren't really....Won't even let me login to my account, started off with "email or password not recognised" eventually tried to reset password, now getting "an error occurred, please try again"
I've tried different browsers and I'm getting the same on my phone, main machine is a PC desktop, any ideas?
No, it just loads up as an error, even if I refresh the screen. It does work on my phone but I cant get my phone to play on the TV. Painful. Its the same account so I don't know why its any different. If I watch it on my laptop I can just plug it into my TV. Frustrating.....Yeah, but you did that on your mobile - and now you want to watch on a different device.

Its not the signing up that's a problem, I signed up over 3 hours before the match without any problems. It only becomes a problem when the stream does not load up or even appear..........oh dear.........
iFollow still fails. Confirms why I won’t be accepting this crap as a payment for my STs!!
People should’ve, however, done their signing up during the week, not on the day of the game or 15 mins prior to kick off!!

@Fleet John - there is a chat bubble in the bottom right corner on that laptop view - they should help. BUT - I'm asking them there about the android app not working, and they're ignoring me - probably indicative of many many problems and two or three people providing "support"
This requirement for payment details when no payment is required is not compliant with the privacy requirements of GDPR.Would have been useful to know in advance about subscribe process and need to enter card details although paying zero! Just had to talk two 80+ year olds through this process one after the other aaaargh

I just copy the code and paste so need to carefully typeThe ifollow code allocated to me as a ST holder was deemed invalid despite careful typing

To be fair, even c&p is fraught with danger in this pathetic system as you may pick-up a space at either end of the code.I did try copy and paste as it has always worked in the past but still shown as invalid.
