Can you look at the screens I posted above ON THE DEVICE YOU WANT TO WATCH ON?

Won't even let me login to my account, started off with "email or password not recognised" eventually tried to reset password, now getting "an error occurred, please try again"
I've tried different browsers and I'm getting the same on my phone, main machine is a PC desktop, any ideas?
Have you tried logging out and in again?? That is a common issue. Looks like you're logged in but you aren't really....

Told me invalid account so reset password to the same as previous. Logged out, logged in, changed browsers. The best I got was this

No, it just loads up as an error, even if I refresh the screen. It does work on my phone but I cant get my phone to play on the TV. Painful. Its the same account so I don't know why its any different. If I watch it on my laptop I can just plug it into my TV. Frustrating.....

I’ve tried clearing cache, restarting the PC, turning PC off. I can’t log out and log in again as I’m definitely not logged in now, it doesn’t look like I’m logged on at all. Have used ifollow many times before without issue.

I am getting really annoyed. These are ALL issues we had with iFollow last season and **** all has been done to fix them.

I’ve now got 10-15 emails telling me my payment has failed. It’s letting me in to watch 30 seconds of the game at a time before crashing and sending me payment failure emails

People should’ve, however, done their signing up during the week, not on the day of the game or 15 mins prior to kick off!!

The video, banana posted from last season, should still work for this one?

Right, got it working on my phone and streaming it to my apple TV, still cant work out why I can not watch it from my laptop 🤷‍♂️

keeps changing the currency on me though too

been offered USD, CAD, AUD, EUR and GBP so far
No idea then. But sound like that it's an issue to do with your payment.

Its not the signing up that's a problem, I signed up over 3 hours before the match without any problems. It only becomes a problem when the stream does not load up or even appear.

You didn't sign-up on the device you intended to use to watch the match however.

clearly - however am using the same payment method and same device as last season!

also strange that the payment portal keeps changing the geo-specific currency offered

Of course it doesn't. But it's sh*t so every precaution has to be taken.

I've subscribed since ifollow began, recently had an email telling me my latest year of subscribing had begun, am able to watch videos in the archive - but get the commentary for the match, of course not!

Anyone else having difficulty accessing the commentary only? (not the stream)
Sound finally on
Computer said no to both the app on Android v5 and Chrome browser
Firefox and much cursing seemed to have worked although for some unknown reason Markybee and MickC have developed strange northern twangs 🤷

There is obviously lots of issues with iFollow and they appear to affect people randomly.

I redeemed my match voucher via iPhone but have been able to get match coverage on both iPad and FireStick. This is obviously different to what @Fleet John has experienced.

I am also able to watch via the app whereas others can only access via Chrome.

It appears impossible to get live iFollow support during a match.

It is not clear if tou are logged in and even the presence of your name in the top left hand corner does not guarantee you are logged in.

It’s a farce to expect card details when the amount to pay is £0.00

The stream is often unreliable and will cut out, often for significant lengths of time.

These are recurring issues and clearly haven’t been fixed. The providers of iFollow are probably in breach of their contract with the club and us as customers.

It’s an utter sh*t show. And I say that as someone not experiencing issues.

I cannot past login and password Ahhhhh! Won’t allow me to Reregister. I have cleared my browsing history and the chat feature never gets a reply fecking hopeless 😩 Missed the 1st half already. Any clues how I can get access? Thanks

Doesn't help all those with issues, but as with last season, absolutely no issues watching via Safari on the iPad for me.

Yes, I tried using that on the black box I got when I used IE, but they did not reply other than a generic reply with the normal trouble shooting on...........

Watching on my PC - all fine til H-T- got the benefit of Clif fCrown's wisdom etc - then it froze - then showed 1st half highlghts before CC reappeared - and now (16.22) the players have just come on again with coverage about to start with the half already well under way.

Running 15 mins+ behind time.

Wtf?

Would have been useful to know in advance about subscribe process and need to enter card details although paying zero! Just had to talk two 80+ year olds through this process one after the other aaaargh
This requirement for payment details when no payment is required is not compliant with the privacy requirements of GDPR.

Hobbsy mentioned that BIAS have asked for an explanation for this. Awful really.

Thanks. I went into my iFollow account after the game thinking I would be able to delete my card details but the 'remove' option is greyed out. I have emailed iFollow saying I want to delete them and await a reply

Not sure what’s gone on with my accounts.

In the week with the help of our Ticket Office I had my Ticket Account changed to match the ones I used to use I Follow.
Using the new Email and Password brought the Huddersfield match.
The only way I could get through to the relevant page was to use my old Email address and password. Crazy system

Ended up having to pay £10 for a pass

Did anyone else have same problem?

I have send email to IFollow but not holding my breath!

Watched on ifollow from my laptop with a lead to my TV. For the first 15 minutes it kept freezing or dropping out and I had to go through the log on process again. Maybe 4/5 times so missed a lot of the first 1/2 hour. Fine after that.

To be fair, even c&p is fraught with danger in this pathetic system as you may pick-up a space at either end of the code.

Why the EFL cannot just make it so that you click on the code and it takes you to a web page where you select which fixture you'd like to watch with it I have no idea. The current process must have been designed by a bunch of crackheads

In fairness using the code today was about the easiest thing Brentford related for some time.
Maybe but I am thick. I just feel,obviously wrongly, that the whole thing should be more direct and simple. Asking for credit card details seems irrelevant and wrong.

I gave up after 10 failed attempts to pay for the game and went to bed as past 1am in Sydney!

Now trying to watch the highlights and can’t find where they are in the updated Brentford official App. Do I need to download an ifollow application?
