Southampton game on carabaocup.live, not iFollow:

"Brentford's match against Southampton will be an EFL v Premier League tie. This means that fans will be able to watch on carabaocup.live from 7.45pm on Wednesday. Fans should check out that site, which is being operated by the EFL and its partners, as soon as possible, sign up and ensure they know how it works."

Indeed.
Think this will be the first game since Cardiff at the end of Feb that I won't be watching live....

I’ve not got internet access on my TV is not a Smart but is linked to SkyQ but do have a desktop computer , so I take it that have to watch it via my Desktop. I do also have a IPad but at times it doesn’t match options shown on the Desktop so know if it’s possible and what do I need so as to be able to link the IPad to TV

A desktop computer is the correct apparatus for this particular job. I should just use that. ;)

Connect the two with an HDMI lead (desktop to TV).

Probably stating the obvious but as a general rule, any match that is being shown live (whether streamed or broadcast) can generally be found online if you are prepared to look for it online. There will be a lot of Southampton fans looking for a link tomorrow I would imagine.

Possible, but a faff, and might not work - these companies know to look out for them now. Hoping it'll be on a "dodgy" site, would be a simpler solution.

Not watching but I'll listen to Markybee and Marcus Gayle. They often paint a more vivid picture than random camera shots of coaches sitting on the bench do.

I always listen to their commentary, particularly when the match is on Sky. Turn the TV sound down, pause the TV to allow the Mark and Marcus commentary on my iPad to catch up by about 40 seconds, and away you go.

Much better Brentford based and well informed commentary linked to watching it!

As far as I can see, it isn’t on ifollow at all, regardless of where you are. Seems you have to sign up for carabao live, or something like that. I’m out.

iFollow had my tenner for video coverage, but unable to access it. Whenever I 'log on' I'm taken back to the log in screen with no instructions as to how to get it on desk top. Checked they'd received my tenner, don't know how I got to my Account page, but did confirm. Thank goodness for Marky and Marcus' commentary.

Got the cables today, connects tomTV but not Desktop, need a different cable or an adapter. I saw something by Google (can’t remember the name) you plug it into you tv and it picks up a signal from Desktop . Not to sure about that though

Can you post a picture of the port on your desktop?

If it looks like about the size HDMI port but doesn't fit it might be Displayport.

It’s a standard Memory Stick USB
Del look very closely as they are very similar to the USB connection- but different. I thought I only had USB connections until I got right up close.
