I can't see this being changed for TV and have taken a punt on train tickets. £22 return on Hull Trains (with a travelcard).

Dodged a bullet. Almost booked train suggested above, would have arrived at 12:18.

Should be obvious
Why in God’s name would Sky pick that? Never an easy place to get to, but for a 12:30 kick off!!!

In all fairness I'm cautious but even I may have booked tickets for this, why have they selected it? Possibly to use up one of Hull's 2 home matches requirement and they now think we might be up in the top 6.

Was thinking of going...it probably won't impact my decision.

We've invested another 36 quid (for 6) on the 1530 return and will need to get a cab to the ground, not so bad.

I've got tickets for 3 adults and 3 kids coming back on the 1836 if anyone wants them, you'll need a friends and family card to use them.

Would you adam n eve it?!! A game that is barely attractive to Hull and Bees fans is selected by Sky. I'm sure they want to catch us on our promotion push but....

Anyway, thanks aberdeen. It's not too bad. Similar to Alex really. We're sticking with the same train up and will jump in a sherbet to the ground. We've changed to the 15:30 (rather than 18:36) train back. An extra 3 hours in the former City of culture wasn't something I fancied. I should have just kept my old tickets and booked afresh as it ended up costing me £10 per ticket admin fee (for £9.55 tickets!!)

A taste of what's to come when we hit the Premier League!!

If you do not count the midweeks (Which I don't think the new contract with Sky includes)

Sky have to show every team at home twice in the season

In the first 63 out of 94 picks they have picked Hull at home NIL times

So in the 64th pick they did choose Hull
That is the ONLY possible reason to pick it ??

If they waited a few weeks they could've got Hull v Leeds which is their usual preference!

But that's a short trip. They'll always pick an early or late game where the away team is a decent distance as their selection criterion is to drive up subscribers.

Too right! 😉 ... if Hull away is going to be as cold as last season .. the car heater will be very welcome 😂
...............if we played them in August you'd have the heater full blast.........
