After I tweeted out the deets of the tickets I got a call from Abdullah wanting to rape my mother. Bless.

Then immediately afterwards I got a call from the "Brentford Ticket Office" telling me that everything was ok and that these kids were authorised selling agents.

Now waiting for the sh*t to arrive via post as is the traditional "grasses" pleasure. 😅

well done or your detective work not sure I'd have the patience for all that.

After I tweeted out the deets of the tickets I got a call from Abdullah wanting to rape my mother. Bless.

Then immediately afterwards I got a call from the "Brentford Ticket Office" telling me that everything was ok and that these kids were authorised selling agents.

Now waiting for the sh*t to arrive via post as is the traditional "grasses" pleasure. 😅

Memories flooding back - was it DM who went round South London more or less begging teenagers to take his laptop and in the end they more or less did it to shut him up. (Slightly off topic in terms of tickets, but not in terms of the criminal underworld).

.....applaud your hard graft on this matter.....and not just the scenario you've presented above.....but I suspect it's too late to have prevented other tickets which have been sold like this.... especially in east stand.....so on the night itself and several Man U show themselves in home end......just what action should supporters like myself take.....what action will stewards take.....will BFC be instructing them to confiscate tickets.....will Man U supporters in home end even be ejected from ground?

Confiscate their ticket, will be easy to trace where it came from, unless they are a member, which could be said the ticket was gained legitimately.

In my view, there were quite a few lads in the Box Office queue that no interest in watching Brentford, hence the reason why higher TAPs should be required for games like this.

Yes, I don't see any reason why TAP's can't be invoked at a suitable level to restrict purchases – maybe introduce two levels, one for randoms and another for pre-established F&F.

Historically (and I assume they still do) - PL clubs used to get updates monthly or so from the league where they themselves could pass on details of any touts, this would then be circulated to all clubs and those individuals could be checked/banned accordingly at all clubs. Not all clubs used to do it but hopefully BFC do share if this still happens. It should certainly interupt them going to Liverpool anytime soon. The only real problem is whilst most tickets remain p@h its not hard for individuals to set up a new account at a 'dummy' address and a new hotmail type address where they can still purchase tickets.
