Thank you I'l try that before the next one, I had given up by the time you posted this!I had the black spinning box and cleared my cookies and it worked again - never had this issue before The video stream won't load, it's just a spinning wheel.
Just search for 'best browsers', you'll find loads of reviews that will give you some guidance. I run a few (use them for testing); your device will require you to set a default but you can start and run multiple concurrently (For example, my default is Safari but also run Chrome for iFollow). Just search, download and install what you fancy. Not trying to sound stupid here but how do you change browser? I presume that's the thing you type your search subject into? How do you find out what others there are?
Errrrm. Go to a mates to watch?OK IT chaps I need your help. I've got my code for Sunday but I can't get onto ifollow to upload. I actually managed to get some online help yesterday and we concluded to cancel my account and start again. I am using windows 7 on chrome, I have rebooted my wifi (virgin), deleted all my cookies, re-registered my account, tried following the videos, but all I get is an error message and try again. I have also tried Firefox with same result. What do I do now????

I always end up with the away commentary when using IPTV, do you find that with your provider?I watch via my IPTV with no problems at all, Millwall commentary, but no problem with pictures or buffering.
I always reset my router , switching off for at least 30 minutes, clear cache etc.
I also have “meshed” my house,(€90) so I log in to that, while other users can log in to the normal router.
That way I am not sharing signal in the house.
I also use a VPN.
I have now tried 3 different IPTV suppliers and had no problems at all.
I have chosen two options, one at $40 a year and one at €70 a year (approx £100 a year for both).
I am happy and so are the family as I now have a dedicated TV for and other sports and they have their films, series etc.
I find it a mixed bag. Sometimes get Mark B et al but most of the time it is opposition commentary.I always end up with the away commentary when using IPTV, do you find that with your provider?
If I hit subscribe I get error screenPlease post screen shots in here of your problem.
Yes. worst was Brum....done my head in, didn't mind Wall lot so much as they were quite complimentary of us in parts.I always end up with the away commentary when using IPTV, do you find that with your provider?
I still get the same resultI didnt do that in BFC, I went fixtures, then results then fixtures again & clicked on Preston game
then gives you the option to “register on ifollow”
then check on availability
then I clicked on Pay using Original payment method
(please note I am paying £10, I dont have a code)
I have also found this process what I call "clunky" but (so far) have got it to work.
In case this helps anyone, (and sorry if it wastes anyone's time) ... what I have learnt is:
1. First find the code on the email and carefully select it (no spaces before or after) and copy (control C is probably easiest on a windows OS)
2. After logging in to Ifollow you have to go to "subscribe" (not "next match"),
3. Then pick the audio and video pass, and then the correct match (usually the next match but not last Thursday before the cup game if setting up today's game)
4. Then in the payment page paste the code (control V) and click Apply
5. If your payment card / paypal is already set up, the page might appear to have it already selected. Don't necessarily believe that! Select to use that payment method anyway otherwise you might find that the "pay now" button lower down doesn't work
6. Press the pay button and cross fingers.
I've got in through my phone and got a confirmation email, hopefully the discount is applied.
My payment history shows the transaction asleague video match pass round 4, whatever that means but so far nothing seems to have translated through to my computer.
Same here.Obviously, did something wrong when I input my code from BFC, ending up having to pay £10 to watch the game to be broadcast against Preston. I tried to find the illustration that showed how to input codes without having to pay any additional monies to EFL but without success.
I will have to get in tune with this before the Coventry game.
All seems well on chrome/pc/hdmi to tv paying £10...Brentford website> to ifollow> had to enter an address which didn’t need to for League Cup> PayPal> select next match along top menu (this bit isn’t the most obvious)
Weirdly, Pic isn’t as sharp as league cup.
